Taking a daily anti-HIV pill can protect people from HIV infection. This is called preexposure prophylaxis \[PrEP\]. Many cisgender women and trans individuals do not know this medication is available; others struggle to take the pill every day. It is important to understand attitudes and preferences about HIV prevention options, especially as new options become available. This study plans to evaluate preferences over time among cisgender women and trans individuals who are taking medication to prevent HIV, and among cisgender women and trans individuals who are not taking medication but are at risk of HIV. The investigators enroll up to 175 participants who visit the HIV prevention clinic, and the investigators will ask participants to complete questionnaires at regular follow up visits and between visits. The goal of this clinical trial is to test a culturally tailored health promotion intervention for children with IDD and their families. First investigators will conduct a single group design pilot study of a health promotion intervention, followed by second, a small-scale randomized control trial (RCT). of the intervention with Latino parents of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the Chicago, Illinois and Austin, Texas areas. The following research questions will be addressed: Question 1: What is the appropriate content, dosage, and delivery method of the intervention? Question 2: What is the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention? Question 3: Do participants improve between pre and post-test on outcome measures both in the one group design and compared to the control group in the RCT? Parents will receive 10 weekly remote sessions on health promotion content delivered by parent mentors called promotoras. In solid organ transplant (SOT) the receipt of influenza vaccine in an influenza season is associated with decreased disease severity as demonstrated by the presence of pneumonia and ICU admissions. Different strategies have been assessed to optimize vaccine efficacy and immunogenicity of the influenza vaccine in the solid organ transplant recipient (SOTR). The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the immunogenicity of 2 doses of the high dose influenza vaccine utilizing neutralizing antibody assays. The purpose of this prospective cohort study is to assess clinical and quality of life measures as well as to define the severity of adverse effects for the use of the RefleXion system to deliver intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), or SCINTIX Biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT) in standard of care (SOC) use in the treatment of local,loco-regionally advanced, and oligometastatic malignancies. In addition, patient costs and charges will be analyzed to quantify the health economic impact of this modality.
