The goal of this observational study is to learn how a physician uses the results of the Percepta® Nasal Swab test to manage people with a newly identified pulmonary nodule. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test reduce the number of invasive procedures in people with a low-risk result and whose nodule is benign? * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test decrease the time to treatment in people with a high-risk result and whose nodule is cancer? Participants will be randomly assigned to either a group where the test result is provided to the physician (test arm) or to a group where the test result is not provided (control arm). This is a single center, diagnostic clinical trial in which the investigators aim to prospectively validate a deep learning model that identifies patients with features suggestive of cardiac amyloidosis, including transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CA). Cardiac Amyloidosis is an age-related infiltrative cardiomyopathy that causes heart failure and death that is frequently unrecognized and underdiagnosed. The investigators have developed a deep learning model that identifies patients with features of ATTR-CA and other types of cardiac amyloidosis using echocardiographic, ECG, and clinical factors. By applying this model to the population served by NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the investigators will identify a list of patients at highest predicted risk for having undiagnosed cardiac amyloidosis. The investigators will then invite these patients for further testing to diagnose cardiac amyloidosis. The rate of cardiac amyloidosis diagnosis of patients in this study will be compared to rate of cardiac amyloidosis diagnosis in historic controls from the following two groups: (1) patients referred for clinical cardiac amyloidosis testing at NewYork-Prebysterian Hospital and (2) patients enrolled in the Screening for Cardiac Amyloidosis With Nuclear Imaging in Minority Populations (SCAN-MP) study. The primary objective will be to determine the feasibility of performing a high-quality sublobar anatomic resection (segmentectomy) with R0 margin status on final pathology for patients who received induction therapy for NSCLC and are downstaged to ≤ycT1cN0M0 (TDi 3cm or less). The primary aim is to assess the impact of laser setting frequency and wattage during holmium laser enucleation of the prostate. There is currently no gold-standard laser settings for HoLEP procedures. In the investigator's current high-volume practice, the following settings for enucleation are: 2j 50hz. These settings are conventional settings, but there is no literature to prove optimal laser settings. The investigators hypothesizes that utilization of higher laser settings may be associated with a clinically significant (defined as \> 10%) decrease in procedural time without any detrimental postoperative outcomes, and a utilization of lower laser settings may be associated with a clinically significant (defined as \>10%) reduction in postoperative irritative voiding symptoms without any detrimental postoperative outcomes. FLOWER is a completely virtual, nationwide, real-world observational study to collect, annotate, standardize, and report clinical data for rare diseases. Patients participate in the study by electronic consent (eConsent) and sign a medical records release to permit data collection. Medical records are accessed from institutions directly via eFax or paper fax, online from patient electronic medical record (EMR) portals, direct from DNA/RNA sequencing and molecular profiling vendors, and via electronic health information exchanges. Patients and their treating physicians may also optionally provide medical records. Medical records are received in or converted to electronic/digitized formats (CCDA, FHIR, PDF), sorted by medical record type (clinic visit, in-patient hospital, out-patient clinic, infusion and out-patient pharmacies, etc.) and made machine-readable to support data annotation, full text searches, and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to further facilitate feature identification. In the United States, colorectal cancer ranks second to lung cancer as a cause of cancer death and is the third most commonly occurring cancer in both men and women. Colorectal cancer in most cases develops slowly over a period of years, starting with the growth of precancerous polyps on the colon or rectum wall. The slow development of colorectal cancer makes it possible to detect and prevent it entirely by the removal of the precancerous polyps with colonoscopy. To date, there is no screening test, other than colonoscopy, able to detect the precancerous polyps. Gixam is a camera that takes multiple pictures of your tongue and uses artificial intelligence software to predict the presence of precancerous polyps within your colon or rectum that may eventually become cancerous. The device creates the prediction by comparing the images taken of your tongue with many other images of tongues from healthy patients and patients with a history of precancerous polyps. Patients who have been predicted by Gixam to have precancerous polyps may be more likely to complete colonoscopy at the interval recommended by their physician, potentially reducing the likelihood of developing colorectal cancer. The purpose of this research study is to test the accuracy of the Gixam device in persons that have received a negative outcome on a Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT). Individuals prone to suicidality are typically excluded from tobacco cessation interventions even though they are disproportionately likely to smoke, and even though smoking cessation has been linked to improved mood and reduced risk of suicide. This trial enrolls Veteran smokers at high risk for suicide, and assigns them to receive either cessation treatment as usual, or a novel treatment that incorporates standard behavioral cessation treatment with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based treatment for suicide risk. The objective of this prospective study is to examine the correlation and effects of bowel dysfunction on outcomes for patients undergoing holmium laser enucleation of prostate (HoLEP) for lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).The investigator hypothesizes that patients who have more bowel dysfunction based on higher severity scores on patient-reported validated questionnaires will experience more symptoms in the immediate post-operative period and may have slower recovery of urinary control. Assessment of pre, peri, and post-procedural bowel dysfunction via the Constipation Severity Score (CSS) and Vaizey Incontinence Questionnaire will aid the analysis. Read Less
