The goal of this pilot clinical trial is to obtain preliminary data on the effects of lymphatic exercise training in patients with heart failure. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: 1. Does performing lymphatic exercise decrease fluid overload symptoms (shortness of breath, lower legs swelling, fatigue), thoracic fluid content, and body fluid level? 2. Does performing lymphatic exercise improve sleep and quality of life (QOL)? Participants with heart failure will be randomly assigned into two groups: Group 1 will receive training on lymphatic exercises, and will perform these training for 4 weeks. This group will also be trained to monitor daily their weight, heart rate and blood pressure, and fluid overload symptoms. Group 2 will be trained to daily monitor their weight, heart rate and blood pressure, and fluid overload symptoms. This group will not perform the lymphatic exercises. Researchers will compare the two groups at the baseline and after delivering the 4 week-interventions to see 1. if lymphatic exercise helped decrease symptoms associated with fluid overload like shortness of breath, lower leg swelling, and fatigue. 2. if lymphatic exercises decreased thoracic fluid content and total body fluid level . 3. if the lymphatic exercise helped improve sleep and quality of life (QOL). The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate nutrition administration in the time around the tracheostomy in patients with breathing tubes. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Will continuing nutrition up to the time of surgery (tracheostomy) decrease nutrition interruptions, thereby increasing food intake? * Does continuing nutrition up to the time of surgery increase instances of food going into the lungs or lung infections? Researchers will compare patients who have nutrition withheld 6 hours prior to surgery versus those who receive nutrition up until the time of surgery to see if there are differences in food intake, instances of food entering the lungs or lung infections. This clinical trial will investigate an estrogen-regulated parameter as an early measure of endocrine therapy response: progesterone receptor (PR) protein with a progestin-based radioligand, 18F-fluorofuranylnorprogesterone (18F-FFNP). The overall purpose of this research is to test the efficacy of 18F-FFNP PET/MRI for predicting response to presurgical endocrine therapy and to determine the quantitative reliability of 18F-FFNP breast PET/MRI in patients with newly diagnosed PR+ primary breast cancer. The Overcome II study is a randomized controlled trial among adults receiving sublingual buprenorphine to help prevent or reduce illicit drug use. The study outcomes will be compared between three treatment arms: (1) sublingual buprenorphine only, which is the standard-of-treatment (2) sublingual buprenorphine with a computer-based cognitive behavior therapy for substance use disorders (CBT4CBT), (3) sublingual buprenorphine with CBT4CBT and peer recovery coaching. The primary outcome of interest is the reduction in the proportion of positive results for saliva toxicology screenings for any drug during the 8-week treatment period. Investigators will examine the efficacy of a faith-based depression intervention, in reducing symptoms of depression among African American adults in Wisconsin. Twelve church groups, each with 10 people (N=120) will be invited to participate. This study seeks to provide insight on psilocybin's effects on mechanisms of chronic pain among patients with co-morbid chronic low back pain and depression (CLBP+D). Participants will receive either a single high-dose of psilocybin (25mg absolute dose) or methylphenidate (40mg absolute dose). Participants will be asked to complete assessments of pain, depressive symptoms, and more general questionnaires regarding the participants experiences during the experimental sessions and the associated enduring effects.
