This is a single-arm, multicenter open label, international, phase II study of Bipolar Androgen Therapy (BAT) plus Radium-223 (RAD) in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Men with mCRPC with progressive disease (radiographically and/or biochemically) who have been treated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH)-analogue (LHRH agonists/antagonists) continuously or bilateral orchidectomy will be enrolled in this study. Previous antiandrogen therapies are permitted, but no more than one (such as abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, darolutamide). All patients will receive treatment with Radium-223 at a dose of 55 Kilobecquerel (kBq) per kilogram of body weight IV every 28 days, for 6 cycles, plus Testosterone Cypionate 400mg Intramuscular (IM) every 28 days, until progression or unacceptable toxicity. The vast majority of cardiac rehabilitation eligible individuals do not participate in center based cardiac rehabilitation (CBCR). While steps to encourage participation in CBCR are important, many individuals will still not participate for a variety of reasons. This randomized controlled trial is evaluating a home-based cardiac rehabilitation (HBCR) intervention delivered using a custom app and digital tools in patients undergoing transcatheter heart valve interventions (THVIs). After a brief roll-in period, participants not intending to participate in CBCR are randomized to one of three groups: (1) control, (2) HBCR mobile health intervention with hands-off delivery, and (3) HBCR mobile health intervention with interactive delivery. Participants in the intervention groups (hands-off/interactive delivery) will also be randomized to continue the intervention for 12 weeks or 24 weeks. The intervention targets key health behaviors and includes traditional cardiac rehabilitation components. The study will assess the effect of the intervention on clinical events, physical activity, quality of life, and other outcomes. This clinical trial compares two supplemental topical agents (Aquaphor and Miaderm) for the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis in patients with breast cancer undergoing radiation therapy. Radiation dermatitis is a radiation-induced skin reaction which can cause itching, swelling, pain, and general discomfort. Aquaphor is a commonly available, inexpensive, petrolatum-based multi-purpose ointment designed to protect and sooth extremely dry skin, chapped lips, cracked hands and feet, minor cuts and burns, and many other skin irritations. Miaderm is a water-based cream and contains ingredients like calendula, hyaluronate, and aloe vera which may help reduce occurrence and severity of radiation dermatitis. Both are commonly recommended and used by breast cancer patients undergoing external beam radiation therapy (EBRT). However, it is not known whether one is better than the other in treating or preventing radiation dermatitis. Read Less

This is a single-center drug distribution and pharmacokinetic study of a single microdose of 18F-raltegravir given to 10 HIV-infected subjects who are either taking or not taking a raltegravir-containing ART regimen. After administration of IV 18F-raltegravir, subjects will undergo PET/MRI in order to determine the distribution of radiolabeled drug through the lymphoreticular system and other tissues throughout the entire body. The evaluation of pain mechanisms in FM has shown predominant central abnormalities and therefore has been designated as nociplastic pain syndrome. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterized by polyarthritis and pain from inflamed tissues, consistent with nociceptive pain. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare using ultrasound imaging to look at the position of the gastrostomy tube (GT) against fluoroscopic imaging in pediatric patients who had a recent GT tube replacement. The main questions it aims to answer are: * If ultrasound is just as accurate as fluoroscopy to assess the GT position. * If ultrasound takes less time than fluoroscopy to assessing the GT position. Recently a new form of spinal cord stimulation therapy called burst spinal cord stimulation (Burst-SCS) is available to treat chronic pain. The goal of this study is to learn more about how Burst-SCS works to reduce chronic pain. The study will examine chronic pain patients who have been deemed candidates for Burst-SCS therapy, and who have already been selected to receive a temporary externalized trial of Burst-SCS from their own doctors as part of their standard clinical care for chronic pain management. During the study, participants will be asked to complete a variety of evaluations at certain time points. In addition, there will be a randomized, double blind, crossover phase, where the particular effects of Burst-SCS and sham SCS will be evaluated.
