A prospective, observational, multicenter study where 60 patients needing implants in the maxilla or mandible will be enrolled. Open-label, Phase 1 Study of CD19 t-haNK as a Single Agent and in Combination With an IL-15 Superagonist (N-803) and Rituximab in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. This clinical trial studies how well 3-dimensional multi-parametric ultrasound (3D MPUS) imaging works as a decision-support tool for patients with liver tumors undergoing therapy. Continuous and dynamic imaging of patients undergoing therapy is required to monitor early-phase treatment response. 3D-MPUS is an inexpensive and safe method, which may provide complementary quantitative functional (perfusion) and tissue characterization information to anatomical radiological assessment or blood biomarkers. Center M is a digital health solution to Perinatal Depression (PD) which provides an alternative to Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy - Perinatal Depression (MBCT-PD). Center M shifts treatment to a telehealth model, reduces the number of sessions, and transitions home practice materials to a digital format. This study will include a clinical trial in which participants will be randomized to the Center M treatment with smartphone app delivery of homework compared to treatment as usual (TAU). Read Less

This study is a randomized controlled trial (RCT). This RCT which will study the effect of performing daily activities early after a distal radius fracture being treated with surgical intervention of open reduction and internal fixation. This study will have two groups. The experimental group will watch a video and be given a handout on how to perform daily activities with the hand of the injured wrist while recovering from surgery and postoperative instructions. The control group will watch a video on wound care and be given a handout on postoperative instructions. Outcome measures will be taken at initial evaluation between 1-2 weeks post surgery, at 5-7 weeks post surgery, at 8-10 weeks, and at 12-14 weeks. Outcome measures will include the Michigan Wrist Evaluation, Visual Analog Pain Scale, Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia-11 Scale, finger mobility testing, grip and pinch strength, and the 9 hole peg test to test fine motor coordination. Outcome measure scores will be compared between groups using a t-test statistical test. Outcome measure scores will also be tested within groups using a paired t-test. Read Less

In this study, a new method will be used to evaluate response to 2 approved biologic therapies, and assess how well each patient responds to each asthma treatment. This study will measure the response to these treatments using genomic and biologic measurements obtained from participants biosamples. By evaluating response to 2 different biologic therapies, this study has the potential to provide an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms underlying severe asthma that will inform and change treatment decisions, and may ultimately lead to a change in the way that asthma patients are evaluated for potential personalized therapies and maximize the probability that the subject will respond to treatment. Alcohol and cannabis are often used together such that their effects overlap, but little is known about the neural mechanisms that underlie simultaneous use. High doses of THC have not been well-studied in the laboratory, and it is unclear how high doses of THC may impact alcohol consumption patterns.
