The primary objective of the study is to determine changes in cerebral nociceptive hemodynamic response (blood oxygenation/flow) before, during and following spinal cord stimulation (SCS). The study will evaluate the effectiveness of the Just Care for Families program in preventing Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS)-involved parents in rural communities from escalating opioid and/or methamphetamine use and mental health disorders by disrupting the associated social determinants of health (SDOH). In addition, investigators will examine the impacts of SDOH on Just Care treatment and the associated costs from the perspective of provider clinics delivering Just Care. Just Care is a behavioral intervention for the treatment of parental substance abuse and child neglect for families involved in the child welfare system. Just Care involves treatment components, supported by ongoing purposeful engagement: (1) Substance use treatment; (2) Mental health treatment; (3) Parent management training; (4) Community building; (5) Systems Navigation; and (6) Addressing basic needs. The purpose of this research is to evaluate novel technologies for the assessment of ocular structure and function, including the scanning device called Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). We will test the OCT and other devices in their ability to image diseases of the eye and also compare the measurements made with OCT to those of other imaging and visual field devices approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). CyberKnife Based Radiosurgery is a way to deliver large doses of radiation very accurately to a tumor. The ability of this technology to minimize radiation dose to organs adjacent to the target tumor allows a high dose to be delivered to the tumor, thus potentially increasing the efficacy of radiation treatment. The objectives of this study and registry are to offer the best management possible for patients with brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) (ruptured or unruptured) in terms of long-term outcomes, despite the presence of uncertainty. Management may include interventional therapy (with endovascular procedures, neurosurgery, or radiotherapy, alone or in combination) or conservative management. The trial has been designed to test a) whether medical management or interventional therapy will reduce the risk of death or debilitating stroke (due to hemorrhage or infarction) by an absolute magnitude of about 15% (over 10 years) for unruptured AVMs (from 30% to 15%); and, b) to test if endovascular treatment can improve the safety and efficacy of surgery or radiation therapy by at least 10% (80% to 90%). As for the nested trial on the role of embolization in the treatment of Brain AVMs by other means: the pre-surgical or pre-radiosurgery embolization of cerebral AVMs can decrease the number of treatment failures from 20% to 10%. Epilepsy is a common condition which affects over 3 million people in the US. Patients with uncontrolled epilepsy have a lifetime risk of sudden unexpected death (SUDEP) of 35%, which is greatest in those under 40 years of age. The exact mechanisms and causes are not understood but can be due to underlying conditions which affect the heart and brain, which may lead to dangerous heart rhythms and death. Some of these conditions which affect heart and brain have an identifiable genetic cause. This study is focused on characterizing the toxic and carcinogenic potential of the Standardized Research E-cigarette (SREC) developed by the National Institute on Drug Abuse. In the environment of continuously changing e-cigarette market, SREC was developed as a model e-cigarette that will remain available for an extended period of time and can be used as a bridging element in various studies aimed at evaluating the value and limitations of e-cigarettes as tobacco risk reduction tools. The purpose of this study is to develop comprehensive and efficient pre- and post- musculoskeletal injury (MSKI) risk assessments for Service members, incorporating both objective and subjective measures. This is a multi-site observational study to identify the pre- and post-MSKI physical and psychosocial factors contributing to MSKI risks and undesired patient outcomes following MSKI. The study hypothesis is that a set of field-expedient clinical assessments can identify Service member specific MSKI risk factors and post-MSKI deficits that contribute to undesired patient outcomes and provide data to guide patient-specific risk mitigation and rehabilitation programs. The purpose of this clinical research study is to study safety and efficacy of orally administered APG-157 as the neoadjuvant/induction therapy in newly diagnosed, locally advanced patients with Head \& Neck Cancer of oral cavity and/or oropharynx.
