The research question is: What is the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes, including preterm birth, hypertensive disorders, and other maternal and neonatal/infant outcomes, following exposure to RSV vaccine between 32 weeks, 0 days and 36 weeks, 6 days of gestation in the CorEvitas Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine Pregnancy Registry (RSV-PR)? The primary study objective is to estimate the risk of (1) preterm birth and (2) hypertensive disorders following exposure to RSV vaccine between 32 weeks, 0 days and 36 weeks, 6 days of gestation. The secondary study objective is to estimate the risk of other safety outcomes of interest following exposure to RSV vaccine between 32 weeks, 0 days and 36 weeks, 6 days of gestation, including: * Pregnancy-related outcomes: stillbirth, premature labor, premature rupture of membranes, preterm premature rupture of membranes, cesarean delivery, prolonged maternal duration of hospital stay * Maternal outcomes: thrombocytopenia, Guillain-Barré syndrome, other immune-mediated demyelinating conditions, polyneuropathies, atrial fibrillation, maternal death * Neonatal/infant outcomes: small for gestational age, large for gestational age, low birth weight, admission to a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), NICU duration of stay, mechanical ventilation in neonatal period, neonatal death, postnatal growth at 1 year of age The exploratory study objective is to describe the most frequently reported maternal adverse events following exposure to RSV vaccine between 32 weeks, 0 days and 36 weeks, 6 days of gestation. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the dose effect of Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Injection on the treatment of clinically relevant decreased blood pressure in the pediatric population, ≥12 to 16 year old patients undergoing general and neuraxial anesthesia. Most newborns experiencing Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) require non-pharmacologic care, which entails, most importantly, maternal involvement with her newborn. To facilitate positive maternal-newborn interactions, mothers need to learn effective caregiving NAS strategies while they are pregnant, yet, an enormous gap exists in the early education of mothers on the symptoms and progression of NAS, in part because no interventions exist to prepare future mothers for the challenges of caring for their newborns at risk for NAS. In this project, the investigators propose to adapt an existing mobile NAS tool for high-risk pregnant women and assess its usability, acceptability, and feasibility in a small randomized controlled analog trial. This project will test the accuracy of a novel diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWMRI) approach using a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) to predict an optimal resection margin for pediatric epilepsy surgery objectively. Its primary goal is to minimize surgical risk probability (i.e., functional deficit) and maximize surgical benefit probability (i.e., seizure freedom) by precisely localizing eloquent white matter pathways in children and adolescents with drug-resistant focal epilepsy. This new imaging approach, which will acquire a DWMRI scan before pediatric epilepsy surgery in about 10 minutes without contrast administration (and also without sedation even in young children), can be readily applied to improve preoperative benefit-risk evaluation for pediatric epilepsy surgery in the future. The investigators will also study how the advanced DWMRI-DCNN connectome approach can detect complex signs of brain neuronal reorganization that help improve neurological and cognitive outcomes following pediatric epilepsy surgery. This new imaging approach could benefit targeted interventions in the future to minimize neurocognitive deficits in affected children. All enrolled subjects will undergo advanced brain MRI and neurocognitive evaluation to achieve these goals. The findings of this project will not guide any clinical decision-making or clinical intervention until the studied approach is thoroughly validated. Read Less

Inhaler nonadherence is a common problem that has been estimated to account for approximately 60% of all asthma-related hospitalizations. Unfortunately, prior interventions to improve inhaler nonadherence have shown a lack of long-term success. This study proposes to assess the problem of non-adherence using a D\&I research lens while testing a new inhaler approach to potentially ameliorate the detrimental consequences of maintenance inhaler nonadherence.
