Inhaler nonadherence is a common problem that has been estimated to account for approximately 60% of all asthma-related hospitalizations. Unfortunately, prior interventions to improve inhaler nonadherence have shown a lack of long-term success. The purpose of this study is to determine if intranasal (IN) Ketorolac in combination with oral Prochlorperazine and Diphenhydramine is non-inferior to current migraine management which involves use of intravenous (IV) Ketorolac and oral adjuncts Prochlorperazine and diphenhydramine for reducing pain intensity in children with migraine headaches. The investigators hypothesize that IN ketorolac combined with these oral adjuncts is non-inferior to IV ketorolac and oral adjuncts in reducing acute migraine headache pain by a minimum clinically significant difference within 60 minutes of administration. This study will enroll children between the ages of 4 and 6 years of age who exhibit significant difficulty developing language skills without any other handicapping conditions. Children will receive standardized language, hearing, and cognitive testing to confirm a diagnosis of developmental language disorder. Children will be enrolled in a half-day summer camp program for six weeks during which they will receive treatment designed to improve their language skills. The research team is investigating Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), a disorder characterized by dysregulated dopaminergic tone, to evaluate the mechanisms of adjunctive treatment with calcitriol. The investigators will recruit 12 subjects with OUD and 12 healthy subjects to participate in a double-blind, randomized study design where subjects will complete up to 2 Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scans using \[11C\]-PHNO. The purpose of this study is to compare Pellograft to standard of care modalities in treating diabetic foot ulcers in human subjects, and to compare Sanograft to standard of care in treating venous leg ulcers. The study will demonstrate wound healing outcomes with comparators including time to wound epithelialization, decrease in wound size, and total number of study product applications towards healing outcome. The main goal of the present study is to determine if a smoking cessation program designed for people living with certain chronic conditions and delivered via videoconferencing groups works better than a control condition--a program that is not designed to help with smoking but that does have the same number of group contact hours as the other program (this program is called the Attention Matched Control condition; AMC) for helping people with certain health conditions stop smoking. People in both groups will receive brief advice to quit and an offer of nicotine replacement therapy patches (NRT), as well as 12 videoconferencing group sessions. The team will measure smoking behavior over a one-year period and compare smoking rates for the treatment condition against AMC to see if the treatment condition is better at getting people living with certain health conditions to quit smoking.
