Coronary bifurcation lesions are lesions (or blockages) that occur at or near the intersection of a major coronary artery and one of the arteries' side branches. Numerous techniques and devices have been developed to treat coronary bifurcations; however, these types of lesions remain some of the most challenging, both in terms of procedural success and outcome. This study is designed as an observational, multi-center registry that will collect information on treatment strategies and outcomes of consecutive patients undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) in coronary bifurcations among various participating centers, in order to determine the frequency of bifurcation PCI, the procedural strategies utilized, and the procedural outcomes. The proposed study aims to compare (a) volume contrast administered for Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Imaging, (b) length of clear OCT images, and (c) electrocardiographic changes immediately after contrast injection between iso-osmolar and low-osmolar contrast agents. The proposed study is a prospective, single-centered, randomized controlled, study that will compare an iso-osmolar vs. a low-osmolar contrast agent in patients undergoing clinically indicated coronary OCT imaging. Currently at University of Chicago Medical Center (UCMC) consent for anesthesia is obtained verbally by qualified anesthesia providers. Later this year, we will be moving to a written informed consent form for anesthesia that must be signed by patients before proceeded with elective surgery. We aim to study patient satisfaction and retention of information presented before and after this change is made. After consent for anesthesia is obtained, study personnel will approach patients >= 18 years of age scheduled for elective surgery and, after seeking verbal consent for this study, will administer a questionnaire which will assess patient satisfaction and retention of the risks that were presented. The investigators are evaluating the effects of an online single-session mental health intervention (the Common Elements Toolbox; COMET). To evaluate COMET, the investigators are conducting a randomized controlled trial with Greek adolescents attending high school in the Attica region in Greece. Students will be randomized to the COMET condition or to an active control condition. Primary outcome measures (depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, subjective well-being) will be measured at two weeks post-intervention and four weeks post-intervention. This study investigates how adults prescribed opioids for chronic noncancer pain respond to invitations to try non-opioid options of massage therapy, yoga therapy, chiropractic and physical therapies. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these options will be available via telehealth consultation visits using a computer or smartphone with internet connection.
