A Study of Tarlatamab for People With Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
The researchers are doing this study to find out whether tarlatamab is an effective treatment for DLL3-positive prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body (metastasized) and has either come back after treatment (relapsed) or not responded to treatment (refractory).

NEUROBALANCE Training to Improve Postural Control in Individuals With Traumatic Brain Injury
Recruiting
Our proposed study, \"NEUROBALANCE,\" aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combined intervention involving robotic balance training and noninvasive brain stimulation in improving balance functions in individuals with chronic traumatic brain injury (TBI). The study will recruit 45 participants who have had a TBI for over six months and experience persistent balance deficits. Participants will be randomized into three groups: (1) robotic balance training with active brain stimulation, (... Read More

Promotion of Exercise Through Physical Therapy for Multiple Sclerosis: A Pilot Study
Recruiting
Physical activity and exercise help manage symptoms like fatigue in people living with multiple sclerosis (MS). Despite research supporting physical activity participation, people with MS are often insufficiently active to reach health benefits. Promotional efforts that are sustainable within the United States healthcare system are needed. This project is a pilot randomized controlled trial examining the feasibility of a consultative physical therapy intervention for increasing physical activity... Read More

A Study to Evaluate Opevesostat (MK-5684) in Male Participants With Moderate Hepatic Impairment (MK-5684-009)
Recruiting
Researchers have designed a study medicine called opevesostat as a new way to treat prostate cancer. The purpose of this study is to learn what happens to opevesostat in a person's body over time (a pharmacokinetic \[PK\] study). Researchers will compare what happens to opevesostat in the body when it is given to healthy participants and participants with moderate hepatic (liver) impairment.

Generalization and Specificity of Visual Learning During Sleep
Recruiting
A growing body of evidence suggests that sleep facilitates and is beneficial to perceptual learning. However, the underlying mechanism of this facilitatory action is largely unknown. One must know what type of processing occurs during sleep to clarify the mechanism of sleep facilitating perceptual learning. For this purpose, investigators will obtain highly localized spatio-temporal information about brain activation during sleep using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and polysomnography (PSG) m...
