This is an observational study in individuals with isolated (or primary) dystonia that involves more than one body region. The purpose of the study is to collect detailed information to help your physician and other researchers understand how dystonia impacts your and other patients' lives and how the disease changes over time. The study may also help researchers better understand the clinical scales that are commonly used to evaluate dystonia symptoms and how they affect various areas of life such as well-being, pain, relationships and social interactions, and progress over time. Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) is the most common genetic cause of kidney disease that causes fluid-filled cysts to develop in the kidneys. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of ABBV-CLS-628 for the treatment of ADPKD in adult participants. ABBV-CLS-628 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of ADPKD. Participants are placed in 1 of 4 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 4 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 240 adult participants with ADPKD will be enrolled at approximately 100 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IntraVenous ABBV-CLS-628 or placebo every 4 weeks for 92 weeks. Participants will be followed for up to 15 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care . Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if attention and ways of thinking impact decision-making and brain processes related to decision-making in people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder relative to people without either condition. It will also learn how brain functioning during decision-making relates to real-world decisions made during daily life. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does paying attention to specific information impact decision-making and brain processes? * Does thinking in a certain way according to specific 'thinking strategies' improve brain processes related to decision-making? * Does brain functioning during decision-making relate to real-world choices to engage in activities? Researchers will compare brain functioning and decision-making on computer tasks of gambling after participants have been trained to use a positive thinking strategy. They will compare what is different in the brain and behavior when participants use this strategy and when they do not. Participants will also answer brief surveys about activities and feelings for a week in their daily lives. Participants will: * Complete several hours of clinical interviewing, cognitive tests, and surveys of about symptoms, experiences, and personality * Complete computer tasks about gambling decisions during MRI brain scanning and while having their visual attention measured using eye-tracking * Complete brief surveys about their activities and feelings 5 times a day for 1 week using a cell phone. Our proposed study, "NEUROBALANCE Stroke,"; aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combined intervention involving robotic balance training and noninvasive brain stimulation in improving balance function and postural control in individuals with chronic stroke. The study will recruit 45 participants who have had a stroke at least 6 months before enrolment and experience persistent balance and gait deficits. Participants will be randomized into three groups: (1) robotic balance training with active brain stimulation, (2) robotic balance training with sham brain stimulation, and (3) standard-of-care rehabilitation. The study will involve 15 training sessions over 5 weeks, with assessments conducted at baseline, post-training, and two months post-training to evaluate balance recovery and retention. The primary focus is understanding how this intervention affects brain and muscle activity during balance tasks and how these changes translate into functional improvements in clinical outcome measures of balance function. Additionally, participant feedback on brain stimulation and exercise engagement will be collected to inform future studies. The findings may guide the development of personalized training protocols and contribute to broader rehabilitation strategies. Read Less

This is a research study to understand how liver impairment affects the way the body processes a new cancer medicine called sevabertinib (BAY 2927088). Sevabertinib is an experimental drug being developed to treat certain types of cancers that have specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. This includes lung cancer, tumors that have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), and tumors that cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). Before this medicine can be given to cancer patients with liver problems, researchers need to understand how liver disease might change the way the body handles the drug. The study will include about 20 people divided into two groups: 10 people with moderate liver problems (called Child-Pugh B liver impairment) and 10 healthy people with normal liver function. The healthy volunteers will be matched to the liver patients by age, sex, and weight to make fair comparisons. All participants will take a single 20 mg dose of sevabertinib by mouth and stay in the research clinic for 5 days. During this time, researchers will take blood samples at specific times to measure how much drug is in the blood and how long it stays in the body. They will also monitor participants closely for any side effects. The main goal is to see if people with liver problems have different drug levels in their blood compared to healthy people. This information will help doctors determine if cancer patients with liver disease need different doses of sevabertinib to be safe and effective. The study will also look at the safety and tolerability of sevabertinib in both groups. Participants will have follow-up visits to ensure their continued health and safety. This research is important because many cancer patients also have liver problems, and understanding how liver disease affects this new cancer treatment will help ensure it can be used safely and effectively in all patients who might benefit from it. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well LY4088044 is tolerated and what side effects may occur in healthy participants. The study drug will be administered either subcutaneously (SC) (under the skin) or intravenously (IV) (into a vein in the arm). Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY4088044 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it. The Healthy Living BEYOND Weight Study is an observational research study of participants living with overweight and obesity. The principal objectives for this project will be to answer fundamental unanswered questions regarding patient experiences and outcomes related to overweight and obesity, and to assess the real-world effectiveness of different weight management strategies, within contemporary and diverse populations. To accomplish this, the Study Team for this project will leverage their expertise in the science of obesity and cardiometabolic health; epidemiology, cohort and registry studies; implementation science; cardiovascular prevention and management; and disparities and community-based research to lead the development of an innovative cohort of people living with overweight or obesity with two key components: 1. patient-report data elements, obtained through surveys; 2. linkage to EHR records providing data regarding clinical encounters. The cohort will be inclusive, comprehensive, and constructed with scientific rigor as well as high internal and external validity. An overall objective is for the Healthy Living BEYOND Weight Study is to serve as an enduring resource for researchers studying the health consequences of obesity and evaluating the impact of weight management strategies. This phase II trial tests how well epcoritamab in combination with standard of care (SOC) platinum-based chemotherapy (rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide \[RICE\], rituximab, cytarabine, dexamethasone, oxaliplatin or carboplatin RDHAP/X\] or gemcitabine and oxaliplatin \[Gem/Ox\]) and autologous hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) works in treating patients with large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Epcoritamab, a type of bispecific T-cell engager, binds to a protein called CD3, which is found on T cells (a type of white blood cell). It also binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (another type of white blood cell) and some lymphoma cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Oxaliplatin is in a class of medications called platinum-containing antineoplastic agents. It damages the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as ifosfamide, etoposide phosphate, cytarabine, and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Dexamethasone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. An autologous HCT is a procedure in which blood-forming stem cells (cells from which all blood cells develop) are removed, stored, and later given back to the same person. Giving epcoritamab in combination with SOC platinum-based chemotherapy, such as RICE, RDHAP/X and Gem/Ox, and autologous HCT may kill more cancer cells in patients with relapsed or refractory LBCL.
