Respiratory Microbiota and Immune Response in CVID
Recruiting
Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is the most prevalent symptomatic primary immunodeficiency. Respiratory ailments are the most frequent complications of CVID, with chronic pulmonary disease developing in 30-60% and even more experiencing frequent acute respiratory infections. This project aims to establish cutting-edge approaches to study pulmonary biology in CVID and apply novel bioinformatics strategies to study complex interactions among microbes and host cells by direct sampling of th... Testing the Use of Chemotherapy After Surgery for High-Risk Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients wit... Read More

Ruxolitinib for the Treatment of T-Cell Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests whether ruxolitinib works to shrink tumors in patients with T-cell large granular lymphocyte leukemia. Ruxolitinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Low PSMA SUV Boost (LPS-Boost): Intensified 177Lu-PSMA-617 Treatment for Patients With Metastatic Castrate-Resistant Prostate Cancer With Low PSMA Expressing Disease
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well 177Lu-PSMA-617 works in treating patients with prostate cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and that remains despite treatment (resistant). Lutetium Lu 177 (177Lu), the radioactive (tracer) component being delivered by prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-617, has physical properties that make it ideal radionuclide (imaging tests that uses a small dose tracer) for treatment of metastati... Clinical Translation of a Novel Brain PET Insert for Simultaneous PET/MR
Recruiting
The primary goal of this project is to study the feasibility of a brain-dedicated PET insert for an MR scanner for simultaneous acquisition of PET/MR images of human brains. The study will also allow us to compare the imaging performance of the investigator's brain-dedicated PET insert against a commercial whole-body permanently integrated PET/MRI system using a common radiopharmaceutical.
