In this study, the investigators will test the mobile game, Viral Combat, for efficacy and acceptability among diverse participants, ages 15-34 years, receiving PrEP care in clinical settings in New England and Mississippi. Formative evaluation interviews will be conducted with stakeholders (healthcare workers, clinic administrators, and patients taking PrEP) to inform intervention delivery. Data from the formative interviews will also be used to make necessary adaptations to the game and assess acceptability for diverse populations and clinics. Viral Combat will then be further tested with 200 participants ages 15-34 years, receiving PrEP care at clinical sites in the South (n=100 Jackson, MS) and New England (n=100, Providence, RI; Boston, MA) in a multisite Hybrid Type 1 effectiveness-implementation randomized controlled trial (RCT). This trial will test the efficacy of the intervention compared to a control condition (a non-PrEP related game) on biological and behavioral measures. At the end of the trial, a summative evaluation of the implementation context using the i-PARIHS framework will occur. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if the drug Nizaracianine Triflutate can help surgeons see and avoid the ureters during abdominopelvic surgery. The ureters are thin-wall, collapsible tubes that connect the kidneys to the bladder. They are difficult to see during surgery and are sometimes damaged accidentally. The main questions to answer are: 1) is this drug safe for use in patients undergoing abdominopelvic surgery and 2) can the drug see the ureters while simultaneously providing information about how well they are working. The clinical trial has 3 parts. Surgery patients enrolled in the first part (Phase 2) will receive drug at different doses to determine the best dose. Patients enrolled in the second part (Phase 3A) will be randomly assigned to drug or placebo (sugar), at the best dose from Phase 2, so the two can be compared directly. This study is a Phase 3, randomized, modified double-blind study which aims to measure whether PCV21 vaccine (investigational pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) is safe and can help the body to develop germ-fighting agents called "antibodies" (immunogenicity) compared with 20-valent pneumococcal vaccine (Prevnar 20, licensed pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) when they are administered with routine pediatric vaccines in infants aged from approximately 2 months (42 to 89 days). The study duration per participant will be up to approximately 19 months. The study vaccines (either PCV21 or 20-valent pneumococcal vaccines) will be administered at approximately 2, 4, 6 and 12 to 15 months of age. Routine pediatric vaccines will be given at the same timepoints. There will be 6 study visits: -Visit (V)01, V02 separated from V01 by 60 days, V03 separated from V02 by 60 days, V04 separated from V03 by 30 days, V05 at 12 months of age until 15 months of age, V06 separated from V05 by 30 days. A randomized controlled trial with parent-child pairs of children with persistent or uncontrolled asthma. An intervention group (n=40 parent-child pairs) will receive the mobile health (mHealth) app and digital sensors with enhanced support from a population health manager role, hereinafter referred to as an asthma coordinator, to provide remote patient monitoring (RPM). A comparison group (n=40 parent-child pairs) will receive the mHealth app and sensors without RPM support to silently collect inhaler use information without mHealth app features. The focus of this project is to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of delivering a digital intervention for pediatric asthma with RPM in the outpatient setting. Read Less
