In this study, the researchers want to learn how low sodium oxybate impacts ability of people diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia to sleep for long periods of time. The Gastroparesis Registry 4 (GpR4) is an observational study of patients with symptoms of gastroparesis (Gp) and functional dyspepsia (FD) with either delayed or normal gastric emptying. To better understand these disorders, this registry will capture demographic, clinical, physiological, questionnaire, and patient outcome data to characterize the patients and their clinical course. Study to enroll up to 90 individuals, those with an alcohol use disorder (AUD) (up to n=60) and non-dependent healthy volunteers (HV) (up to n=30). PET/CT imaging will be used to evaluate brain and whole-body inflammation using the investigational radiotracer \[18F\]NOS. The purpose of this single-arm trial is to determine the feasibility of emotional awareness and expression therapy (EAET) for individuals with persistent pain following orthopedic trauma. The goal of this behavioral clinical trial is to compare two different ways of becoming less sedentary and more active in 60 older adults at elevated risk of becoming frail. The main question this project aims to answer are whether participants in each intervention are able to gradually replace 30 minutes of sedentary (sitting-like) behavior with very light walking over 60 days. There are other questions this project aims to answer that include: 1. whether it is easier to replace sedentary behavior with one 30-minute walking bout or three 10-minute walking bouts 2. whether becoming less sedentary and more active leads to feeling better, have less stress, pain, and fatigue and have more confidence in becoming more regularly active 3. whether becoming less sedentary and more active leads to better regulation of inflammation and metabolism Participants will be randomized into one of two sedentary reduction behavior programs; one program that gradually replaces sedentary time with one 30-minute walking bout and the other program that gradually replaces sedentary time with three 10-minute walking bouts in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Background: Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are rare cancers in the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, lungs, adrenal glands, and other areas of the body. Many of these cancers have a high risk of relapse and a low chance of survival. Better treatments are needed. Objective: To test a new drug, ADCT-701, in people with NENs. Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older with NENs. Design: Participants will be screened. They will have a physical exam with blood and urine tests. They will have imaging scans and tests of heart functioning. Their ability to perform normal daily activities will be tested. A biopsy may be needed: A sample of tissue will be removed from the tumor. ADCT-701 is given through a tube attached to a needle inserted into a vein in the arm. Participants will receive the drug treatment on the first day of 21-day treatment cycles. They will visit the clinic a total of 10 times during the first two cycles. After that, they will visit the clinic 2 times during each cycle. Imaging scans, blood draws, heart function tests, and other tests will be repeated during study visits. Each visit will last up to 8 hours. Participants may continue receiving treatment with the study drug for up to 2 years. After treatment ends, participants will have follow-up clinic visits 4 times in 4 months. They will have a physical exam, with heart and blood tests, at each visit. After that, they will have follow-up clinic visits every 9 weeks; these visits will include imaging scans. Follow-up visits will continue for up to 5 years after treatment began.... Read Less

This study will evaluate the impact of a comprehensive wellness and social determinants of health intervention on cardiovascular health in a community setting of the Bonton neighborhood. Participants will not be assigned to intervention activities, but health and wellbeing indicators will be collected in relation to how they choose to participate in activities over the year. The main aim of this study is to learn about the effect of treatment with vedolizumab IV (vedolizumab) together with adalimumab or vedolizumab (VDZ) together with ustekinumab (UST) in adults with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease, and the effect of treatment with vedolizumab alone, after the dual targeted treatment. The study is conducted in two parts. In Part A, participants will receive the dual targeted treatment (vedolizumab together with either adalimumab or ustekinumab). In part B, participants will receive vedolizumab only. Part B will include participants who responded to the treatment in Part A. In this study, researchers will learn more about the use of felzartamab in people with active lupus nephritis, also known as LN. In people with LN, antibodies build up in the glomeruli of the kidneys. Antibodies are proteins in the blood used by the immune system to fight infection. Glomeruli are small filters that remove waste and extra fluid from the blood. This buildup leads to inflammation and damage to the kidneys. Kidney damage can lead to too much protein and blood leaking into the urine. High levels of protein in the urine, called proteinuria, are common in people with LN. Symptoms of LN can include fever, swelling in the legs and body, and high blood pressure. If left untreated, LN can eventually lead to kidney failure. In this study, researchers will learn more about how a study drug called felzartamab affects people with LN. Felzartamab is a monoclonal antibody, which means it is an antibody made in a laboratory. Felzartamab can target immune cells that produce antibodies, helping to lower their buildup in the kidneys. The main goal of this study is to learn more about the safety of felzartamab and how it works in the body of people with LN who are taking standard of care. This will help researchers decide if they should do more studies with felzartamab in people with LN. Standard of care is the usual treatment or care given to patients for a disease, as prescribed by their doctor. The main question researchers want to answer in this study are: • How many participants had adverse events during the study? An adverse event is a health problem that may or may not be caused by the study drug. It can happen during a clinical study or within a certain amount of time after the study has ended. Researchers will also learn more about: * How much felzartamab affects proteinuria and the level of creatinine in the urine. Creatinine is a protein that is released into the blood from normal muscle wear and tear. Its levels can help doctors understand how well your kidneys are working. * How many participants have a complete response. A complete response means that their urine protein levels decrease to a low level, and their kidney function stays stable. * How many participants have a 50% decrease in the level of protein and creatinine in their urine. * How much felzartamab affects the participants' lupus-related blood tests. * How the body processes felzartamab. * How many participants develop antibodies against felzartamab in the blood. This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 42 days. * Throughout the study, all participants will continue taking their standard of care, as prescribed by their doctor. * There are 2 parts in this study. In both parts, participants will receive felzartamab through an intravenous infusion, also known as an IV. This means it is being given into a vein. * In Part 1, participants will have up to 14 visits to their study research center.
