The main aim of this study is to assess and describe the safety outcomes, including newly diagnosed malignancies, of patients with CALD treated with eli-cel in the post-marketing setting (tradename Skysona) and to describe major functional disability (MFD)-free survival over time in participants with more advanced early active CALD. All enrolled participants with CALD treated with eli-cel in the post-marketing setting will be followed in this study for 15 years. No investigational drug product will be administered in this study. This study will enroll 120 participants with CALD treated with eli-cel in the post-marketing setting. A subpopulation of 24 participants with more advanced early active CALD will be specifically enrolled as required by the US FDA as a condition of accelerated approval and will be considered as a separate cohort for effectiveness outcomes. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about how asthma influences brain function. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How airway inflammation in asthma affects the brain; and, * Whether airway inflammation in asthma is related to symptoms of depression and anxiety Over the course of 3 visits, participants will: * Complete questionnaires * Complete computer tasks * Undergo allergy skin test and breathing tests * Give two blood samples * Give a sputum sample * Complete brain imaging scans Researchers will compare results between participants with asthma, and participants who do not have asthma. Systemic mastocytosis with an associated hematologic neoplasm (SM-AHN) is a challenging disease to treat. Targeted KIT inhibitors have been approved for this indication based on their ability to control the mastocytosis portion of the disease, but patients frequently experience progression of the concomitant myeloid malignancy (i.e. the AHN). Using a combination approach to treat both aspects of the disease has the potential to provide enhanced disease control; however, overlapping toxicity is a concern. This project aims to implement an adapted self-affirmation intervention among a population of individuals with diabetes to reduce the negative psychosocial impacts of stigma. In a self-affirmation, participants are guiding through a writing exercise writing designed to reinforce sources of self-worth before they encounter or engage in stressful or stigmatizing events. Participants in this study will be asked to complete self-affirmation exercises before their 3-month wellness appointments with their endocrinologists over the course of a year. The main questions the investigators are asking are: * Will self-affirmation reduce feelings of stigmatization? * Will self-affirmation increase self-efficacy and motivation to engage in condition management behaviors. * Will self-affirmation improve blood glucose control. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the intervention condition or a waitlist control condition. Participants in the waitlist control condition will also complete writing exercises but they will be abbreviated (this in the psychological literature is referred to as a "low affirmation condition"). At the end of the study, waitlist control participants will have access to the full exercise should they like to receive it. After each appointment and self-affirmation, participants will complete surveys assessing feelings of stigma and motivation to engage in condition management. All participants will already be using continuous glucose monitors. The purpose of this research study is to determine how well an FDA-approved drug, dupilumab, works to treat patients with severe strictures and active Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). This is an open-label study, meaning everyone in the study will receive dupilumab. Participants will have a screening visit where they will complete surveys and undergo an endoscopy (EGD). Blood and biopsies (small tissue samples) will also be collected. If eligible and enrolled into the study, participants will receive weekly subcutaneous (under the skin) injections of dupilumab for 52 weeks (one year). The first dose of dupilumab will be administered in the clinic at the enrollment visit (day 0) and participants (or their caregivers) will receive training on how to self-administer the remaining doses. Participants will return for study visits every at weeks 4, 8, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 44, and 52. During these visits, vital signs (temperature, heart rate, etc.) will be collected and participants will complete surveys. During visits at week 12, 24, and 52, blood will be collected and an endoscopy with biopsy will be performed. At 64 weeks (12 weeks after the last dose of dupilumab), participants assigned female at birth (AFAB) may be asked to come to the clinic for a urine pregnancy test. Read Less

The purpose of this clinical trial is learn whether a behavioral (non-medication) treatment can reduce nightmares in adults with Rapid Eye Movement (REM) Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD). People with RBD will be enrolled in the study along with their romantic partners. All participants will receive the treatment via videoconference and will complete 2 assessments.
