This research is being done to collect preliminary data on the potential of computerized "brain-training" exercises for treating Long COVID symptoms in older adults. The investigators hypothesize that computerized brain-training will be an acceptable and feasible intervention for treating Long COVID symptoms in older adults. The investigators also expect to provide initial evidence that computerized brain-training has potential for improving thinking, mood, and other aspects of everyday functioning in older adults with Long COVID. Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD), also called eczema, is a chronic skin condition. AD can make skin dry and itchy, and sometimes it can lead to serious health problems, such as asthma, food allergies, eye infections, and sleep problems. No cure exists for AD. Researchers know that people with AD have different kinds of harmless bacteria on their skin than do people without AD. They want to see if adding a harmless bacteria (Roseomonas mucosa) to the skin can help people with AD. Objective: To test a skin treatment that contains R. mucosa and ground cardamom seeds in people with AD. Eligibility: People aged 2 years and older with AD. Design: All study visits will be remote. Participants will have 5 visits over about 7 months. Participants will be screened. Researchers will review their AD and medical history. Participants will receive a study product in the mail. The product comes as a powder in single-use packets. Participants will be shown how to mix the powder with water in a single-use spray vial. They will spray the solution onto their skin 2 to 3 times per week for 14 weeks. Half of participants will receive the study powder. Half will receive a placebo; the placebo looks just like the study powder but contains no bacteria. They will not know which one they have. During 3 study visits, participants will take a skin swab. They will receive supplies in the mail to rub a cotton swab on their skin and mail it back to the researchers. Participants may opt to have pictures taken of their AD. The purpose of this study is to build on our equitable, eight-year Tribal-academic partnership with the Ramapough Nation of northern NJ to advance tradition-centered farming practices and management strategies supporting sustainable food systems to relieve local food insecurity and nutritional deficiency, prevent disease and promote health. Furthermore, assessing the extent of environmental contamination, individual toxicant burdens and micronutrient levels and health disorders in Ramapough Tribal members of both sexes as outlined in the following: * Collect in-person/online survey information on demographics, health and food intake, nutrition, food security, and psychosocial stressors, and perform core anthropometric measurements (i.e., height, weight, body mass index, body circumference and blood pressure) at enrollment on Tribal members to inform health promotion strategies and community actions. * Determine individual-level contaminant burdens and micronutrient concentrations (e.g., iron, calcium, folate, vitamins) in urine and blood from surveyed (sub-aim 1a) Ramapough Turtle Clan volunteers. * Test soil, plants and surface water where Turtle Clan residents live, recreate and attend church in Ringwood, NJ using a community-based, citizen scientist approach. The goal of this randomized controlled trial study is to compare different adherence support strategies for primary care patients with depression who have been newly prescribed antidepressant medications. We will examine whether personalized daily text messages with and without financial incentives improves anti-depressant adherence and depression symptoms as compared to treatment as usual (no messages or incentives for taking medications). We will measure adherence with a wireless pill bottle and by assessment of electronic health prescription records. To compare the effects of IV iron versus placebo (saline) injection on arterial oxygen saturation, submaximal exercise responses, and 2-mile treadmill time-trial performance during acute exposure to hypobaric hypoxia (430 mmHg, simulating \~4800m) assessed 1 and 14 days after treatment. The purpose of the Trial-Ready Cohort - Down Syndrome (TRC-DS) is to enroll 120 healthy adults with Down syndrome (DS), between the ages of 25-55, into a trial ready cohort (TRC), and up to 450 participants in total including co-enrolled in the Alzheimer Biomarkers Consortium - Down Syndrome (ABC-DS) study. Participants enrolled in the TRC-DS will undergo longitudinal cognitive and clinical assessment, genetic and biomarker testing, as well as imaging and biospecimen collection. Using these outcome measures, researchers will analyze the relationships between cognitive measures and biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease (AD) to identify endpoints for AD clinical trials in DS that best reflect disease progression. Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a genetic disease that causes progressive muscle weakness. There is now substantial evidence that boys with this disease do not demonstrate age-related gains in their cognitive skills. The goals of this study are (i) to use a technology-enabled neurobehavioral assessment called National Institutes of Health Toolbox Cognition Battery (NIHTB-CB) to assess brain development over time; (ii) engage with key-stakeholders to understand how neurodevelopmental problems like attention-deficit hyperactivity, autism spectrum affects individuals (and/or) families, so that we can understand meaningful effects of a potential treatment at an individual level, and (iii) to investigate using brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) changes in brain connectivity. Patent Ductus Arteriosus is a developmental condition commonly observed among preterm infants. It is a condition where the opening between the two major blood vessels leading from the heart fail to close after birth. In the womb, the opening (ductus arteriosus) is the normal part of the circulatory system of the baby, but is expected to close at full term birth. If the opening is tiny, the condition can be self-limiting. If not, medications/surgery are options for treatment. There are two ways to treat patent ductus arteriosus - one is through closure of the opening with an FDA approved device called PICCOLO, the other is through supportive management (medications). No randomized controlled trials have been done previously to see if one of better than the other. Through our PIVOTAL study, the investigators aim to determine is one is indeed better than the other - if it is found that the percutaneous closure with PICCOLO is better, then it would immediately lead to a new standard of care. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of combination therapy with liposomal doxorubicin and peposertib in treating patients with sarcoma that has spread from where it first started, to other places in the body (metastatic), or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and for which no known cure is available (advanced). Doxorubicin is in a class of medications called anthracyclines. Doxorubicin damages the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. It also blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair. Liposomal doxorubicin is a form of the anticancer drug doxorubicin that is contained inside very tiny, fat-like particles. Liposomal doxorubicin may have fewer side effects and work better than other forms of the drug. Peposertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It may also enhance the activity of chemo- and radiotherapy. There is some pre-clinical evidence in animal models that combining peposertib with liposomal doxorubicin can shrink or stabilize certain types of cancer for longer than either drug alone, but it is not known if this will happen in people. Combination therapy with liposomal doxorubicin and peposertib may be effective in treating patients with advanced sarcoma. Read Less
