Recent research in motor control shows that people learn new movements best when they receive feedback external to the body. Traditional ultrasound speech therapy works well for many children, but involves teaching children to focus on their internal tongue movements. The goal of the study is to test whether ultrasound biofeedback delivered without showing children a display of their tongue movements will be effective as a treatment for residual speech sound disorders in children. We focus on children who have trouble producing the sound "r" as in "rabbit". The first aim is to develop a fast reliable system to track movements of different parts of the tongue using ultrasound and to identify which combinations of movements will produce a good "r" and which do not. The second aim is to develop a motivational game in which children receive feedback on the success of their tongue movements by what happens to an animated character on a screen. This developed version of ultrasound feedback therapy will be compared to the traditional version of ultrasound feedback therapy to determine how the two approaches can best be utilized in the clinic. The main reason for this research study is to learn more about some new tests that are being developing for patients with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) to measure changes in the lungs. In this study, the focus will be to learn how stopping Airway Clearance (ACT) and re-starting ACT can affect these tests. These new tests include using a breathable gas called Xenon (Xe) with MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) to improve the pictures of changes in the lungs. The Xenon (Xe) gas that has been treated to have a larger MRI signal (also called hyperpolarized). The other new test is called LCI (Lung Clearance Index) that can measure how well the lungs are working. The MRI machine used in this study has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is commercially available for sale in the USA. Hyperpolarized Xe gas is an FDA-approved, inhaled contrast agent for lung ventilation MRI. The new Xe MRI techniques that are being developed and used for this research study are investigational, meaning these new Xe MRI techniques are not FDA approved, but they are similar to FDA-approved techniques that are used clinically at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC). Invasive mechanical ventilation is one of the most important and life-saving therapies in the intensive care unit (ICU). In most severe cases, extracorporeal lung support is initiated when mechanical ventilation is insufficient. However, mechanical ventilation is recognised as potentially harmful, because inappropriate mechanical ventilation settings in ICU patients are associated with organ damage, contributing to disease burden. Studies revealed that mechanical ventilation is often not provided adequately despite clear evidence and guidelines. Variables at the ventilator and extracorporeal lung support device can be set automatically using optimization functions and clinical recommendations, but the handling of experts may still deviate from those settings depending upon the clinical characteristics of individual patients. Artificial intelligence can be used to learn from those deviations as well as the patient's condition in an attempt to improve the combination of settings and accomplish lung support with reduced risk of damage. This trial seeks to use the long acting local anesthetic Exparel, in conjunction with opioid education, to attempt to avoid any post-operative opioid use following carpal tunnel surgery. The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the safety, efficacy and patient satisfaction with the ReX Remote Digital Nurse by patients receiving solid oral medication. The study will evaluate and monitor use of ReX in respect of: * treatment duration * adverse events * patient adherence and compliance * engagement with ReX via patient-reported outcomes Patients participating in the study will receive their normal medication as standard of care via ReX. This is a single dose, placebo-controlled study. Male subjects aged 18 to 40 years (inclusive) with a diagnosis of FXS. Eligible subjects may enroll in this study comprised of two in home and two in clinic visits each 14 days apart, for a total of four visits. Subjects will be given single dose gaboxadol (10 mg) or matched placebo at each of these visits to take orally. Uveitis is an inflammatory disease of the uvea, one of the highly vascularized fundamental structures of the eye. It is a rare condition in children, with an incidence in the pediatric population ranging from 2% to 14% of all uveitis cases. The diagnosis and management of patients with uveitis rely on a multidisciplinary approach involving an ophthalmologist, a rheumatologist, and an infectious disease specialist to establish the correct diagnosis and assess the involvement of other organs. In Italy, there is no national or regional registry for non-infectious chronic uveitis as per the Prime Ministerial Decree (DPCM) of March 3, 2017 (Identification of surveillance systems and registries for mortality, tumors, and other diseases).
