This study evaluates the safety of a single injection of jCell (famzeretcel) comprising 8.8 million (8.8M) retinal progenitor cells over a six-month study period in a cohort of adult subjects with RP. This project will compare the health effects of public housing renovation, neighborhood built and social environment improvements, and indoor air purification, alone and in combination, as well as the cost effectiveness of each approach. STUDY 1: The study will assess the effects of public housing and neighborhood environment (built and social) improvements on health-related behaviors, psychosocial and physiologic stress, and self-reported and physiological markers of lung health and chronic disease. STUDY 2: The study will determine whether indoor air purification can positively impact lung health in public housing sites not undergoing housing renovation, comparing a site near industrial pollution vs one less contaminated. This clinical trial assesses the impact of a family caregiver-delivered massage technique for use in cancer survivors with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). CIPN is a common cancer treatment side effect that impairs quality of life and daily functioning. Aside from the relatively transient effects of chemotherapy treatment (e.g., nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, infections, fatigue, hair loss), chemotherapy can damage nervous system structures leading to long-term CIPN effects including numbness in hands or feet, "pins and needles" or sudden stabbing pains, difficulty buttoning clothing or picking up objects, loss of balance and risk of falling, difficulty driving (steering wheel, foot pedals), and increased sensitivity to heat or cold. Caregivers who lack effective strategies of supportive care are at risk of feeling helpless, overwhelmed or frustrated watching their loved one suffer. Oncology massage (OM) teaches oncology-informed modifications, adaptations and safety precautions for a cancer survivor's specific condition, treatment history and side effects. An mobile health application (app) for caregivers can teach care for CIPN using safe oncology-informed massage techniques at home. Using the Peripheral Neuropathy Relief (PNR) program in the form of relaxation may help for stress reduction, reduced CIPN symptoms, and/or an increased sense of connection with patients and their family caregiver. The goal of this study is to examine the impact of a diet high in fresh lean pork, compared to a plant-based diet, on cardiovascular function and vasomotor symptoms in perimenopausal women with overweight and obesity. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. How does a diet high in pork, compared to a plant-based diet, affects blood lipids, endothelial function, and blood pressure? 2. How does a diet high in pork, compared to a plant-based diet, affects blood nitrate, cardiometabolic biomarkers, inflammatory biomarkers, and vasomotor symptoms? Researchers will compare the diet high in pork to a plant-based diet to see if pork helps improve cardiovascular and mesopause symptoms. Participants will: * Consume both of the diets, each for 4 weeks, with a washout period between 2 and 6 weeks in between the diets trials * Visit the clinic 5 times with weekly meal pick ups during the diet trials * Undergo testing procedures including: weight and body composition, blood pressure and pulse, endothelial function using ultrasound of upper arm, microvascular blood flow, blood draws, physical activity measurements, and questionnaires. This pilot study aims to explore the potential benefits of consuming Greek Bottarga (grey mullet fish roe) in overweight, pre-diabetic individuals. Before initiating the crossover randomized controlled trial (RCT), the investigators will conduct a preliminary dose-testing study in five overweight and pre-diabetic adults.Participants will undergo clinical assessments before and after the dietary intervention to evaluate changes in metabolic health markers. Following this, the investigators will proceed with a randomized, controlled crossover trial involving 20 overweight and pre-diabetic adults. This main study phase will compare the metabolic effects of daily Bottarga supplementation to those of a calorically matched dairy product over an 8-week period, with a 2-week washout period between interventions. The investigators anticipate that Bottarga supplementation will lead to improvements in lipid profiles, inflammation, and insulin resistance, which could promote the use of sustainable blue foods as part of a healthy diet. The rare histiocytic disorders (RHDs) are characterized by the infiltration of one or more organs by non-LCH histiocytes. They can range from localized disease that resolves spontaneously, to progressive disseminated forms that can be sometimes life-threatening. Since they are extremely rare, there is limited understanding of their causes and best treatment options. Physicians, patients and parents of children with RHDs frequently consult members of the Histiocyte Society regarding the best management of these disorders. Very often, no specific recommendation can be made due to the lack of prospective outcome data, or even large retrospective case series. The creation of an international rare histiocytic disorders registry (IRHDR) could facilitate a uniform diagnosis of the RHDs, as well as the collection and analysis of the clinical, epidemiological, treatment and survival data of patients with RHD. The registry may also lead to future therapeutic recommendations, provide a framework for future clinical trials and create excellent research opportunities. Read Less

Background: - By the time diseases of the retina are detected, serious damage has often already been done. Researchers want to find better ways of viewing the retina. One way called adaptive optics may help detect problems earlier. Objectives: - To study if adaptive optics can help find better ways to diagnose, treat, and manage retinal diseases. Eligibility: * People over age 12 with an eye disease. * Healthy volunteers over age 12. Design: * Participants will be screened with medical history and eye exams. These may include dilating pupils and taking pictures of the eyes. * Participants will have 1 or more study visits. They will have: * Medical and eye history. * Questions about their medications. * Eye exam including pupil dilation. * Adaptive optics imaging. After dilation, participants sit still while looking into an adaptive optics instrument. They look at specific places and images are taken of their retina. * They may also have: * More images. * Perimetry. Participants look into a lens and press a button when they see a light. * Color vision tests. * Electroretinogram. Participants will get numbing eye drops and special contact lenses. A small metal electrode will be put on their forehead. They will look at flashing lights and try not to blink. Read Less

Medication adherence for chronic medical problems is in a range of 40-70%. Medication adherence among patients on oral anti-cancer therapy is not studied in detail.
