TCR Alpha Beta T-cell Depleted Haploidentical HCT in the Treatment of Non-Malignant Hematological Disorders in Children
Recruiting
This research is being done to learn if a new type of haploidentical transplantation using TCR alpha beta and CD19 depleted stem cell graft from the donor is safe and effective to treat the patient's underlying condition. This study will use stem cells obtained via peripheral blood or bone marrow from parent or other half-matched family member donor. These will be processed through a special device called CliniMACS, which is considered investigational.

Deciphering Preserved Autonomic Function After Spinal Cord Injury
Recruiting
This study looks to characterize gradients of dysfunction in the autonomic nervous system after spinal cord injury. The autonomic nervous system plays key roles in regulation of blood pressure, skin blood flow, and bladder health- all issues that individuals with spinal cord injury typically suffer. Focusing on blood pressure regulation, the most precise metric with broad clinical applicability, the investigators will perform laboratory-based tests to probe the body's ability to generate autonom... Measuring the Effects of Talazoparib in Patients With Advanced Cancer and DNA Repair Variations
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies if talazoparib works in patients with cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and has mutation(s) in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage response genes who have or have not already been treated with another PARP inhibitor. Talazoparib is an inhibitor of PARP, a protein that helps repair damaged DNA. Blocking PARP may help keep cancer cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing th... Read More
