This phase II trials studies how well acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab works in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab will work better in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. The primary purpose of this study is to preliminarily estimate the efficacy of psilocybin-facilitated treatment for fibromyalgia. Investigators will assess the impact of psilocybin-facilitated treatment on pain, fatigue, and other fibromyalgia symptoms, in addition to the level of functioning and quality of life. Investigators will also evaluate potential mediators of treatment (e.g., treatment expectations, pain characteristics, personality, beliefs/cognitions, emotions). The investigators aim to determine the effect of cryotherapy wraps plus compression therapy (henceforth referred to as cryocompression) versus cryotherapy wraps alone on the incidence and degree of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in patients with gynecologic cancer using a noninferiority design. Distal symmetric polyneuropathy, also known as diabetic neuropathy, is the most common neurological complication of diabetes and a main cause of morbidity. The condition leads to gradual loss of function of the longest nerve fibers that limits function and decreases quality of life. Symptoms present distally and symmetrically in toes and feet. Symptoms of the neurologic disability include sensory loss, risk of foot ulcers and limb amputations and pain. The condition is not generally considered reversible, and condition management aims to slow progression and prevent complications. According to estimates from the International Diabetes Federation, diabetic neuropathy affected approximately 425 million people in 2017, with projections indicating a rise to 628 million by 2045. Despite the high prevalence of this condition, it is commonly misdiagnosed and has limited treatment options. There are multiple phenotypes of diabetic neuropathy, with the most common form being distal symmetric sensorimotor polyneuropathy, which is what we will be focusing on in this study. The proposed study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of a non-compressive therapeutic socks throughout a 12-week course of rehabilitation for managing distal symmetric polyneuropathy. Hypothesis: To characterize and describe disease progression and heterogeneity of the gangliosidosis diseases. This research study seeks to develop a quantitative method to delineate disease progression for the gangliosidosis diseases (Tay-Sachs disease, Sandhoff disease, and GM1 gangliosidosis) in order to better understand the natural history and heterogeneity of these diseases. Such a quantitative method will also be essential for evaluating any treatments that may become available in the future, such as gene therapy. The data from this study will be necessary to provide end-points for future therapies, guide medical decisions about treatment, provide objective measurement of treatment outcomes, and accurately inform parents regarding potential outcomes.
