The PRESC1SE-MI study compares two algorithms for triage of patients presenting with chest pain and symptoms of heart attack (myocardial infarction) to the emergency department. Both algorithms are recommended by the European Society of Cardiology: the 0/3-hour algorithm and the 0/1-hour algorithm. Currently, most emergency departments worldwide use the 0/3-hour troponin algorithm. Cardiac troponin (cTn) is a heart-specific biomarker which indicates damage of the heart muscle and which increases after a heart attack. In the 0/3-hour algorithm, the amount of troponin in the bloodstream is measured with a high-sensitivity assay at admission and 3 hours thereafter. Likewise, the 0/1-hour algorithm means that the blood sample in which the troponin is measured is collected at admission and 1 hour later. Since recent clinical studies suggest that the 0/1-hour algorithm is superior to the 0/3-hour algorithm, many hospitals consider switching to the 0/1-hour algorithm. In this observational study, researchers are looking at the effects of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) drugs on the muscles and nerve cells in patients with SMA. Primary Objectives * To evaluate the feasibility and reliability of performing MR functional imaging in exercising muscle in patients with SMA. * To evaluate patients with SMA types 2 and 3 at baseline and longitudinally at 6 and 12 months Secondary Objectives * To describe the MR functional bioenergetics response in the leg muscles in four potential groups of patients with spinal muscular atrophy: untreated, actively treated with nusinersen (Spinraza®) or onasemnogene abeparvovec (Zolgensma®), actively treated with risdiplam (Evrysdi®), and switching from Spinraza or Zolgensma to Evrysdi. * To identify changes in motor function in patients with SMA types 2 and 3 who initiate treatment with risdiplam. * To obtain biomarkers in blood, urine, and muscle tissue to provide evidence for risdiplam effect on skeletal muscle. * To obtain quality of life and disability data from participants in this study. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the safety, tolerability and effects of Nezavist in healthy adults. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safety and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of orally administered Nezavist formulated as a spray dried dispersion (SDD) in healthy volunteers? * What are the pharmacokinetics (PK) of orally administered Nezavist SDD and its major metabolite (DCUKA) across a range of doses in healthy volunteers? Researchers will compare the active drug (Nezavist) and a placebo (an inactive substance that looks like the drug) to see if there is any differences between the two groups to make sure Nezavist is safe to use in future studies for reducing alcohol consumption by individuals that have alcohol use disorder (AUD). This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well Vyxeos works in treating patients with intermediate and high-risk acute myeloid leukemia who have failed an initial cycle of standard cytarabine and daunorubicin chemotherapy. Vyxeos is a combination of both chemotherapy drugs cytarabine and daunorubicin contained in a liposome. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cytarabine and daunorubicin, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cytarabine and daunorubicin given together in liposomes may have fewer side effects and work better than cytarabine and daunorubicin given alone in patients with acute myeloid leukemia. Read Less

This phase II trial studies the effect of ASTX727 and dasatinib in treating patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome or BCR-ABL positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase. Philadelphia chromosome positive and BCR-ABL positive are types of genetic mutations (changes). Chemotherapy drugs, such as ASTX727, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Dasatinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. ASTX727 and dasatinib may help to control Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia or BCR-ABL positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase. Read Less
