This phase II trial studies the safety and how well of loncastuximab tesirine when given together with mosunetuzumab works in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Loncastuximab tesirine is a monoclonal antibody, loncastuximab, linked to a toxic agent called tesirine. Loncastuximab attaches to anti-CD19 cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers tesirine to kill them. Mosunetuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving loncastuximab tesirine with mosunetuzumab may help treat patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Read Less

The study is to determine whether one (or two) new method(s) will help treat dental ankylosis. This study tackles the challenging tooth-bone fusion disorder of ankylosis. The goal of this trial is to test a modified mobile health intervention (with a group component) relative to a mobile health intervention in a two-arm randomized trial with 500 young African American women who are human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-negative and who misuse alcohol. The expected outcomes are to: (1) determine the efficacy of the virtual group component in reducing alcohol use and sexual risk and increasing pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) utilization; and (2) understand selected outcomes for implementation. The goal of this step-wedge trial is to test the implementation of daily nurse screening for delirium in routine care and its impact on outcomes and complications in hospitalized older adults admitted to 6 general medicine/surgery units at 3 hospitals in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * 1. To test the fidelity, accuracy, and durability of implementing daily nurse screening for delirium using the UB-CAM in routine care. * 2. To evaluate the impact of UB-CAM delirium screening on patient and care partner centered outcomes assessed at one month follow-up interviews 3. To evaluate the impact of UB-CAM screening on rates of delirium complications (falls, pressure injury, aspiration) and adverse delirium management (psychoactive medication use, restraint use). Participants (patients) will be assessed for delirium on study days 1, 2 and 3 (or until hospital discharge) and will be asked basic demographics. These patients will be contacted by phone 1 month after enrollment to collect information about inpatient facility use and to administer the Delirium Burden Patient Scale. Participants (care partners) will be interviewed at the patient's discharge to complete the Alzheimer's Disease-8 scale. These care partners will be contacted by phone 1 month after enrollment to complete the Delirium Burden Caregiver Scale and to complete a Qualitative Interview which includes questions about communication and collaboration. This phase Ib trial tests the safety and effectiveness of tafasitamab, acalabrutinib, and obinutuzumab in treating patients with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). CLL and SLL are types of cancer that develops from a specific white blood cell called B cells or B lymphocytes. Tafasitamab and obinutuzumab are monoclonal antibodies that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Acalabrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It blocks a protein called BTK, which is present on B-cell cancers such as CLL at abnormal levels. This may help keep cancer cells from growing and spreading. Giving tafasitamab, acalabrutinib, and obinutuzumab may kill more cancer cells in patients with previously untreated CLL and SLL. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a novel deep brain stimulation (DBS) of the Subthalamic Nucleus (STN) and Nucleus Basalis of Meynert (NBM) to treat cognitive and cognitive-motor symptoms in individuals with Parkinson's disease. The main question it aims to answer is: Is a combined deep brain stimulation approach targeting the STN and NBM with four DBS leads safe and tolerable for cognitive and cognitive-motor symptoms in individuals with Parkinson's disease with Mild Cognitive Impairment. Ten participants are anticipated to be enrolled. Participants will undergo a modification of the traditional STN DBS approach for motor symptoms of PD. In addition to the two leads placed within the STN, two additional leads will be placed with the NBM for treatment of cognitive and cognitive-motor symptoms. Novel stimulation patterns will be used within the NBM to target cognitive and cognitive-motor symptoms using an investigational software. Participants will be followed over two years while receiving this therapy with assessments at baseline and every six months. Assessments will include a combination of neuropsychological evaluations, cognitive assessments, motor tasks (including gait/walking), and questionnaires to evaluate the treatment. Two different surgical trajectories will be used, with half the cohort randomized to each group. This will allow comparison of the impact of surgical trajectory on the intervention. Read Less
