The purpose of this study is to test the safety of the study drug 2141-V11 in people whose NMIBC did not respond to standard treatment, and who will not have the standard surgical procedure to remove the bladder. Papaverine in Combination With Chemoradiation for the Treatment of Stage II-III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This phase I trial finds out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of papaverine when given together with chemoradiation intreating patients with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer. Papaverine targets mitochondrial metabolism to decrease the cancer growth process. Giving papaverine with chemoradiation may work best to treat patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

Safety and Tolerability of Fb-PMT in Recurrent Glioblastoma

Glioblastoma is a highly aggressive and fatal form of primary malignant brain tumor with limited treatment options. fb-PMT affects a large group of cancer cell signaling pathways and thus may be effective in heterogeneous, treatment-resistant tumors such as Glioblastoma. fb-PMT also is actively transported across the blood-brain barrier into the brain. This study is being conducted to determine the dose level for further clinical development of fb-PMT to treat recurrent Glioblastoma.
