Nearly 1 million individuals in the United States have multiple sclerosis, which causes fatigue and problems with walking. Fatigue and walking problems are poorly treated, but exercise training, particularly high-intensity walking exercise, may help. This provide insight into whether high-intensity walking exercise can improve fatigue and walking problems in people with multiple sclerosis, which could improve quality of life and reduce economic burden. This is a study to determine the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of taking away the anti-rejection medicine, tacrolimus, in liver transplant recipients in conjunction with everolimus monotherapy to preserve renal function. Two hundred - seventy (270) subjects will be randomized 2:1 into one of two groups between 2-3 months post-transplant. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare two types of closure in patients with ostomies that are ready for closure. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Surgical site infection rates 2. Patient quality of life 3. Time to wound healing Participants will undergo either complete ostomy wound closure after washing out the wound with Prontosan, or their ostomy wound will be closed using the Pursestring method, where the wound will be left partially open and allowed to heal from the inside out. The goal of this clinical trial is to examine the effect of the ketogenic diet over four weeks on blood lipid levels and risk factors for heart disease in adults with a healthy BMI compared to adults with a body mass index (BMI) in the range for obesity. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the ketogenic diet cause larger increases in "bad cholesterol" (low density lipoprotein-cholesterol) in adults with a healthy BMI compared to adults with BMI in the range for obesity? * Does the ketogenic diet cause larger decreases in vascular health in adults with a healthy BMI compared to adults with BMI in the range for obesity? The lack of postpartum primary care coordination is a missed opportunity to increase primary care engagement and manage chronic conditions early in life, especially for the \>30% of pregnant people who have or are at risk for these conditions. This study aims to increase postpartum primary care engagement, quality, and experience by strengthening postpartum transitions to primary care using a behavioral economics-informed, multi-component intervention integrated into usual inpatient postpartum care. Using a randomized controlled trial and repeated outcome assessments through administrative and survey data, this study will generate rigorous, actionable evidence to ensure primary care coordination becomes standard postpartum care practice, potentially catalyzing sustained primary care engagement throughout life. SALT is a multi-centre, non-blinded, non-randomized prospective interventional pilot study teaching lactating parents of hospitalized preterm infants how to test their breastmilk sodium (Na) using point-of-care (POC) meters. A drop in Na is a sign of secretory activation in the breast that is associated with adequate short and long-term breast milk volumes in this vulnerable population.
