Following completion of the ALS Early Feasibility Study of the MyoRegulator® device for treatment of ALS (NCT06165172), the CALM study will further assess the feasibility of the MyoRegulator® device to treat ALS in an expanded number of individuals with ALS. CALM will gather additional preliminary evidence of clinical safety and potential effectiveness in this patient population with a longer follow-up period and additional secondary endpoints in a single-arm study prior to commencing a larger sham-controlled pivotal trial. In this pilot study, investigators propose to design and create a portable TMS unit, in a van, and then test out delivering TMS in three different locations in South Carolina, all affiliated with MUSC and within 2-hours driving from Charleston, SC. This study would test out this new delivery mode, and provide valuable feasibility, safety, and efficacy lessons for later refinement and potential widespread adoption of mobile TMS as a treatment option, both in our state and across the US. The evidence on the negative impacts of night shift on nurses' health and cognitive function, and their implications on patient outcomes and organizational costs, reflect the need for interventions to mitigate these detrimental outcomes. This pilot, feasibility, clinical trial will examine the feasibility of two fatigue countermeasure interventions (access to napping/relaxation room and use of blue/green light blocking glass during night shift) and explore the interventions effects on nurses' health, missed care, and burnout. This phase II trial studies the side effects of an escalated ramp-up of sonrotoclax following initial debulking with zanubrutinib or rituximab in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) that is newly diagnosed, has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B-cells, and may kill tumor cells. Zanubrutinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking a protein called Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), which is needed for tumor cell growth. Sonrotoclax works by blocking a protein called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2). This protein helps certain types of blood tumor cells to survive and grow. When sonrotoclax blocks Bcl-2 it slows down or stops the growth of tumor cells and helps them die. Giving an increased dose of sonrotoclax over a shorter period of time in combination with zanubrutinib or rituximab may be safe and tolerable in treating patients with newly diagnosed, relapsed or refractory CLL, SLL, and MCL. Purpose: This study will evaluate how measurements of tissue stiffness, viscosity, and anisotropy using non-invasive ultrasound imaging correlate with breast tumor malignancy and response to chemotherapy. Participants: Up to 200 women with benign or malignant breast tumors for arm 1 and up to 50 women undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the breast for arm 2 will be recruited. Procedures (methods): The research team will use an ultrasound scanner to acquire non-invasive elastography data from the breast of each subject, testing a range of transducer rotation angles.
