The purpose of this study is to assess effects of intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) to left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (dlPFC) and dorsomedial prefrontal cortex (dmPFC) compared to sham on electrophysiological indices of reward sensitivity and motivated attention in adults with cocaine use disorder.

The goal of this study is to learn if tilpisertib fosmecarbil (formerly known as GS-5290) is effective and safe in treating participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. Effect of Ketamine on Intraoperative Motor Evoked Potentials

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effect of ketamine on intraoperative motor evoked potentials in adult patients undergoing thoracolumbar spinal fusions. Participants will undergo a standard anesthetic. In addition to the standard anesthetic, the patients will be administered increasing doses of ketamine with motor-evoked potentials being measured at each dose, to assess any impacts.
