The purpose of this study is to examine whether the addition of online yoga classes, compared to health and wellness classes, can improve the amount of weight loss produced from an Internet-based weight loss program. All individuals will receive a 12-month, automated Internet-based weight loss program. Following 3 months of of weight loss treatment, individuals will be randomized to also receive yoga classes or health and wellness classes for 9 months. Assessments will occur at baseline, 3, 6, 12, and 18 months and will include measures of weight, eating behaviors, physical activity, and psychosocial factors. Read Less

The goal of this interventional study is to test the feasibility of a new communication tool, call MyIBD, in youth ages 13 to 19 years with inflammatory bowel disease. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Is the MyIBD communication tool feasible to use in everyday clinical practice? * Does the MyIBD tool have potential to improve patients' self-management skills and the quality of care they receive? Participants who receive the MyIBD intervention will complete surveys about their care at three times points - at study enrollment, at 6 months, and at 12 months. The surveys will help the research team learn about the feasibility of using MyIBD in practice and about any effects on patients' self-management skills and quality of care. Researchers will compare those receiving a MyIBD document to a randomly selected control group (patients receiving usual care for pediatric inflammatory bowel disease) to see if self-management skills and quality of care differ between the groups. This is a randomized, double-blinded trial of self-acupressure to examine the effect of treatment on aromatase inhibitor (AI)-associated musculoskeletal symptoms (AIMSS) in postmenopausal women with breast cancer. Acupressure is similar to acupuncture, but uses pressure rather than needles to stimulate specific points on the body. Acupressure involves applying mild to moderate physical pressure using your fingers, or an assistive device, to these points to try to bring about a physiological change in your body, in this case relief from joint pain and stiffness. The investigators will also examine effects of acupressure on other symptoms that commonly develop in AI-treated patients. In addition, changes in stool microbiome with acupressure treatment will be examined in an exploratory way to obtain preliminary information about the effect of acupressure on the gut microbiome in this condition. The scientific premise of this research is that individual, interpersonal, and structural factors impact Black girls' sexual reproductive health outcomes (sexually transmitted infection (STI) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)) and experience of sexual violence. This study expands STI/HIV prevention programs to include Black male caregivers, a potentially valuable yet underutilized resource to protect Black girls and reduce their exposure to STI/HIV and sexual violence. Medically complex older Veterans are at greater risk for progressive declines in physical function, lower quality of life, and increasing care needs. Additionally, older Veterans experience social isolation and loneliness, and have low levels of physical activity. While the Veterans Health Administration has established programs to address rehabilitation needs, these programs tend to be diagnosis-focused, lack self-management approaches, include low-intensity rehabilitation, and typically require in-person attendance. A MultiComponent TeleRehabilitation (MCTR) program that includes high-intensity rehabilitation and self-management interventions, social support, and telehealth and technology supports may be more effective in improving and sustaining physical function for older Veterans with complex health conditions.
