Patients who had an ASCVD event at an Intermountain hospital will be screened for eligibility to be randomized. Subjects who meet eligibility criteria will be randomized 1:1 to receive targeted care of their LDL-C through a pharmacist-driven management program or not. Patients may opt-out of receiving LDL-C management by the pharmacy team at any time. The purpose of this program is to increase the proportion of patients who achieve guideline-based recommendations of LDL-C levels of \<70 mg/dL by increasing statin and/or LLT adherence and LDL-C testing. This study is a 2-arm cluster randomized controlled trial with approximately 1,200 youth aged 14-19 years to assess the effectiveness of Yes and Know, a sexual health education program. To be eligible, participants must be 14-19 years old and English-speaking. Those in the treatment arm will receive Yes and Know, a synchronous virtual program delivered over multiple sessions totaling nine hours, along with asynchronous online activities and resources. Those in the control arm will receive a similarly structured program focused on nutrition education. Participants will complete brief online surveys at baseline and at 3 and 12 months after the synchronous sessions. The study will assess the program's effectiveness in reducing the prevalence of unprotected sex among youth and improving short-term outcomes, such as knowledge of reproductive health and healthy relationships, self-efficacy, and the use of reproductive health services. The goal of this phase 1 study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of dimethyltryptamine (DMT) in individuals with depression and healthy controls. We hypothesize that administration of DMT will result in decreases in depression, associated symptoms, and neuroplastic changes in depressed subjects. We expect that DMT will induce changes in neuroplasticity as indexed using electroencephalographic (EEG) measures and tasks in both depressed individuals and healthy volunteers, though to different degrees. These neuronal changes may in parallel cause changes in mood measured both in healthy and depressed subjects, which will be captured using appropriate psychometric measures of mood. Read Less

Although implementation intentions (I2)-based tools enhance colorectal cancer (CRC) screening uptake, prior studies have not tested their implementation into routine primary care delivery. In this study, investigators will conduct a cluster-randomized trial in 20 US primary care clinics. Specific aims for the project will be: 1) to test whether a Normalization Process Theory-informed Participatory Learning in Action (NPT-PLA intervention) implementation of a proven implementation Intentions-based colorectal cancer screening tool ("I2") improves screening uptake (i.e. screening order and completion) within 6 months of patient enrollment versus usual quality improvement (control) implementation; and 2) to evaluate the facilitators and barriers of each implementation arm using the 2022 expanded Normalization Process Theory (NPT) framework. Multi-disciplinary clinic 'implementation teams' that include clinic staff and patients whose preferred language is Spanish will meet monthly during the first 6 months of clinic participation and aim to integrate into routine primary care the "I2" CRC screening tool, using the NPT-PLA intervention or control approach. The I2 tool addresses the "when," "where" and "how" details of stool sample or colonoscopy screening. The I2 tool will be delivered via an on-line survey or (if patients prefer) by paper form customized for use in English or Spanish. At least 100 patients in each clinic will be enrolled in the first 6 months of clinic participation (2000 in total). All patients eligible for CRC screening will be offered the I2 tool. Their choices will be communicated automatically to clinics for order entry. Primary (Aim 1) outcomes will be CRC screening orders placed (by clinic staff); completion of the I2 tool and CRC screening completion (by patients) over 6 months of patient follow-up. For Aim 2, surveys based on the NPT domains (the "NOMAD") will be used to assess staff comprehension of their role in implementing the I2-based CRC screening tool, its salience, their buy-in, feasibility of altering workflows, and the potential impact of using the tool in their setting. Investigators will conduct summative qualitative focus group discussions in all participating clinics after 6 months of clinic participation. This is a randomized, open-label, phase 3 clinical trial to compare the efficacy and safety of N-803 plus tislelizumab and docetaxel (experimental arm) versus docetaxel monotherapy (control arm). Enrolled participants will be randomized 2:1 to treatment in the experimental arm or the control arm. Participant randomization will be stratified by geographical region (North America vs Europe vs ASIA vs Other), NSCLC histology (squamous vs nonsquamous), and actionable genomic alteration (AGA); (epidermal growth factor receptor \[EGFR\]/anaplastic lymphoma kinase \[ALK\] vs OTHER AGA vs No AGA). There has been much interest in the potential role of social media (SM) use in driving a current mental health crisis among teens, with a dire need for evidence that goes beyond self-report. One important avenue is to understand the role of the brain in driving the effects of SM use on emotional health and vice versa. However, there is almost no research addressing these questions, largely due to a lack of tasks that can probe the neural correlates of modern SM use. The goal of this clinical trial is to develop and validate a new developmentally-appropriate and ecologically-valid functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and eyetracking task, the TeenBrainOnline (TBO) Task, that is more realistic and similar to modern SM platforms. Participants will be 50 teens (ages 13-17) with depressive symptoms who will complete the final version of TBO task during fMRI with eye-tracking, an older Chatroom Interact (CHAT-I) Task, daily surveys of SM use, and measures of depressive symptoms. Our goal is to show that the task works by: * Demonstrating that it activates expected regions of the brain and visual attention biases toward feedback cues. * Showing that brain and eyetracking (visual attention) activity on the task explain variability in depressive symptoms at baseline and three months later, and work better than similar indices from an older task. * Showing that brain and eyetracking (visual attention) activity on the task are associated with real-world measures of social media use collected during daily surveys. Specifically, The investigators expect that teens whose brain and eyetracking activity suggests they are more sensitive to feedback on SM will report a social evaluation orientation toward social media use in daily life, such as engaging a lot in social comparison, worrying about missing out, and caring about getting a lot of likes and comments. Participants will be asked to: * complete a 10-15 minute screening call to determine eligibility for the study * complete one 90 minute virtual study visit to complete questionnaires and prepare for the MRI visit (visit 1) * submit 24 photos to our study specific social media site * complete an (in person) MRI scan visit (\~4 hours), which consists of 2 tasks where they will interact with peers (visit 2) * complete \~5 minute smartphone surveys 3 times a day for 16 days, asking about their daily experiences online and emotional reactions. * complete 2 online questionnaires asynchronously 3 months after their scan date Read Less

The study is to prospectively compare absorbable sutures with non-absorbable sutures used for capsular repair during hip arthroscopic procedures. Major outcomes will be measured using three questionnaires ((1) International Hip Outcome Tool-12 (iHOT-12), (2) modified Harris hip score, (3) hip outcome score) in addition to the standard of care set of 9 questionnaires.
