This clinical trial studies the effect of respiratory training for enhancing brain and mental health among patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) and cancer (along with their caregivers). The relationship between respiration, cardiovascular effects in the brain, mental health, and neurophysiological mechanisms are significant for patient populations facing complex health challenges, such as those with cancer and neurodegenerative disease, and their caregivers. By measuring oxygen delivery to brain tissues and cerebrospinal fluid flow, this trial may help researchers investigate the potential benefits of respiratory training for patients with MS and cancer and their caregivers. This phase I, first-in-human trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of genetically modified cells called KIND T cells after lymphodepletion (a short dose of chemotherapy) in treating patients who are HLA-A\*0201-positive and have H3.3K27M-mutated diffuse midline glioma. KIND T cells are a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory into KIND T cells so they will recognize certain markers found in tumor cells. Drugs such as cyclophosphamide and fludarabine are chemotherapy drugs used to decrease the number of T cells in the body to make room for KIND T cells. Giving KIND T cells after cyclophosphamide and fludarabine may be more useful against cancer compared to the usual treatment for patients with H3.3K27M-mutated diffuse midline glioma (DMG). The purpose of this study is to test the Share plus intervention aimed at improving the use of data sharing between people with diabetes and their care partners in order to maximize the benefits of continuous glucose monitoring. Hypothesis: Compared to the control group, persons with diabetes enrolled in the Share plus intervention group will experience clinically significant improvements in time-in-range (TIR) (\>5%) at 12- and 24-weeks into the study, and improvement on diabetes distress. Genetic factors are a significant determinant of the likelihood of developing various types of cancers. Identification of germline risk can have important implications for both patients and their families. Although estimates vary, pathogenic germline variants can be seen in \~3-17.5% of unselected patients with cancer with important clinical significance. Unfortunately, despite progress in multigene testing and the identification of heritable conditions, genetic counseling and testing (GCT) remains underutilized among cancer patients. Although there are multiple barriers to low testing, initial referral to GCT from the treating oncologist has been noted to be the most significant barrier. Nurse navigation has been shown to improve the timeliness of cancer care and patient outcomes across various cancer types and improve the uptake of genomic testing in cancer patients. Despite proven benefits, community cancer centers often face resource limitations that prevent them from consistently assigning a dedicated nurse navigator to cancer patients. However, community centers universally have oncology nurses who routinely educate patients about their systemic therapies. By enhancing the "therapy education" sessions, the investigators hypothesize that oncology nurses can bridge this gap and potentially identify eligible patients, provide essential education on the importance of genetic testing, and facilitate the referral process. The investigators propose a pilot randomized study to evaluate the potential effectiveness, acceptability, and feasibility of a novel, nurse-led "enhanced education" intervention specifically designed to increase the uptake of GCT in adult cancer patients. The goal of this clinical trial is to examine the effect of the ketogenic diet over four weeks on blood lipid levels and risk factors for heart disease in adults with a healthy BMI compared to adults with a body mass index (BMI) in the range for obesity. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the ketogenic diet cause larger increases in "bad cholesterol" (low density lipoprotein-cholesterol) in adults with a healthy BMI compared to adults with BMI in the range for obesity? * Does the ketogenic diet cause larger decreases in vascular health in adults with a healthy BMI compared to adults with BMI in the range for obesity? Participants will: * Consume all of the study food provided and avoid intake of non-study foods during the 28-day diet period * Visit the metabolic kitchen daily (Monday-Friday) to pick up meals * Attend 5 fasting visits at the Clinical Research Center for testing Read Less
