The purpose of this study is to learn about the effect of a study medicine called rimegepant in adolescents who have frequent migraine attacks. Rimegepant is a tablet that dissolves when you put it on or under your tongue. The study will enroll participants who have headache for 15 days (or more) every month, of which 8 days (or more) of migraine every month, and each untreated attack lasts for an average of 4-72 hours In the 1st part of the study approximately half of the participants will receive a rimegepant tablet every other day, and approximately half of the participants will receive an inactive oral tablet (that looks the same as the rimegepant tablet) every other day. Participant experiences when they are taking the study medicine will be compared to when they are taking the inactive tablet. This will help to determine if the study medicine is safe and effective. The 1st phase of the study will last 3 months. In the 2nd part of the study all the participants who stay on study will receive rimegepant tablet every other day. This 2nd phase of the study will last 1 year. This will help determine if the study medicine is safe when taken for a long period. Those who will participate in both phases will have up to 19 visits at the study clinic, about one every 4 weeks (this may vary from 2 to 8 weeks interval during the study). The purpose of this study is to better understand the genetic causes of Hodgkin's disease (a kind of lymphoma) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, as well as multiple myeloma, leukemia, and related diseases. The doctors have identified the patient because 1) they have had a lymphoproliferative disorder such as lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma, and have a family member with one of these disorders or 2) they are a member of a family with a lymphoproliferative disorder, including Hodgkin's disease and/or, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or a second cancer after Hodgkin's disease. This trial studies how well Young Melanoma Family Facebook intervention or Healthy Lifestyle Facebook intervention works in improving skin examination in participants with melanoma and their families. Young Melanoma Family Facebook intervention or Healthy Lifestyle Facebook intervention may help improve total cutaneous examinations, skin self-examinations, and sun protection among first degree relatives of young onset participants and the participants themselves. Hospital-based Animal-Assisted visitation programs are important complementary therapies, but concerns with infection control may challenge the sustainability of these programs. Pilot data suggest that a low-cost chlorhexidine-based intervention targeted to the dogs involved in the visitation programs holds high potential to prevent pathogen transmission during sessions. In this study, the following aims will be tested: 1) To identify program-related risk factors for acquisition of hospital-associated pathogens by pediatric patients during animal-assisted intervention (AAI) sessions during an initial run-in phase of no intervention; 2) To determine the effect of chlorhexidine (CHX)-based interventions on acquisition of hospital-associated pathogens and microbial communities by patients during AAI sessions via a multicenter randomized controlled trial; and 3) To determine whether the specific benefits achieved by the visitation program, i.e. reduction in blood pressure, heart rate and self-reported pain and anxiety, are impacted by the interventions. The main goal of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between fremanezumab's ability to prevent migraine and improved sleep quality in migraine patients (fremanezumab is a FDA-approved humanized CGRP monoclonal antibody for the treatment of migraine). This is a within-person study design that examines treatment effects (changes) using high-resolution assessments. To complete the study, each participant will be observed using daily assessments of migraine and sleep outcomes before treatment (baseline: 0 to 30 days), and at 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment (injection 1: days 31-60, injection 2: days 61-90, injection 3: days 91-120). The proposed research is relevant to public health because a greater understanding of plasticity after central vision loss can inform new therapies for treating low vision and has potential to benefit millions of individuals suffering from low vision. The treatment of low vision is particularly relevant to the mission of the NEI to support research on visual disorders, mechanisms of visual function and preservation of sight. Declines in vision are particularly common in older adults and thus increasing our understanding of how to cre- ate effective means of improving vision is also highly relevant to the mission of the NIA to support research on aging and the health and well-being of older people. The purpose of this research is to learn whether a dietary citicoline supplement will impact sleep and cognition. Cognitive disorders include such things as memory disorders and mild cognitive impairment. The investigators are studying persons with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). For this population, the team will assess whether citicoline also impacts biomarkers, a marker of the patient's biological state, in their body. The investigators are interested in learning more about a dietary supplement called citicoline and how it helps sleep, cognition, and markers of Alzheimer's. Previous studies have evaluated this dietary supplement and shown that citicoline may impact cognitive decline. The investigator would like to evaluate if citicoline will also impact sleep and markers of Alzheimer's. This dietary supplement has been assessed in older adults and found to be well tolerated. Citicoline has been used safely in cognitive impairment populations at the same dosage. Read Less

This is an observational prospective study to develop predictive biomarkers for pain response in participants with chronic pancreatitis scheduled for endoscopic therapy. Participants will undergo baseline assessments including electroencephalography (EEG), quantitative sensory testing (QST), and psychosocial questionnaires.
