The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to find out the side effects of a drug called IBRX-042 at different dose levels in patients with recurrent or progressive Human Papillomavirus (HPV) associated tumors. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the maximum tolerated dose of IBRX-042? * How well does the study drug treat cancer? * What effects the study drug may have on the human body and cancer? Participants will receive IBRX-042 at one of three dose levels every 3 weeks for a total of 3 injections. Participants will undergo tests, exams, and procedures that are part of standard of care and for study purposes. IBRX-042 will be administered by injection every 3 weeks for a total of 3 injections. Patients with autonomic failure are characterized by disabling orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure on standing), and at least half of them also have high blood pressure while lying down (supine hypertension). Exposure to heat, such as in hot environments, often worsens their orthostatic hypotension. The causes of this are not fully understood. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether applying local heat over the abdomen of patients with autonomic failure and supine hypertension during the night would decrease their nocturnal high blood pressure while lying down. This will help us better understand the mechanisms underlying this phenomenon, and may be of use in the treatment of supine hypertension. Read Less

The researchers are doing this study to compare two different types of group therapy and find out whether they are effective approaches for helping breast cancer survivors manage joint pain caused by aromatase inhibitors (AI). This type of joint pain is called AI-associated arthralgia, or AIA, and it is common in people taking AIs. AIA and its associated symptoms can make some people decide to stop taking their medication. The study will look at the effects of two different types of group therapy on participants' cancer-related symptoms (such as pain, fatigue, and anxiety), their ability to continue taking AIs on a regular schedule, and their quality of life. More than 25% of the patients admitted in the general wards have a history of Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Up to 30% of the hospitalized diabetics develop hypoglycemia (low glucose values); a condition that is associated with seizures, cardiac arrhythmias, and even death. In Veterans, the prevalence is disproportionally higher. It is estimated that 40-50% of hospitalized Veterans are diabetics. In this clinical trial the investigators describe the development of a novel system, the Glucose Telemetry System (GTS), with which glucose values can be wirelessly transmitted from the patient's bedside to a monitor device at the nursing station.
