The cause of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is currently unknown, although partly attributed to interactions among genetic risk polymorphisms, environmental factors, gut microbiome, and host immunity. Diet, particularly those with plant-based products, have been shown in prior research to improve gut microbial composition, which has been linked to different IBD-related outcomes. This study is interested in evaluating the impact of prebiotics on gut microbiome composition and gut health in patients with IBD. Dietary composition will be assessed at baseline and over the course of 16 weeks. Participants will be randomized to either consume an 8-week course of prebiotic supplementation beginning at week 0 or week 8. Stool samples will be collected at weeks 0 and 8. The stool will be analyzed for cross-sectional and longitudinal fecal microbial changes associated with different prebiotic and diet consumption patterns in the context of heterogeneous disease characteristics. This phase Ib/II trial evaluates the safety, optimal dose, and efficacy of the combination of epcoritamab and ibrutinib in treating patients with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or responded to previous treatment (refractory). Epcoritamab, a bispecific antibody, binds to two different types of receptors (proteins present on the cell surface) at the same time. The two receptors that epcoritamab binds to are called CD3 and CD20. CD3 is found on T cells, which are important cells of the immune system that help fight cancer and infections. CD20 is found on the surface of most types of aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma cells. By binding to both CD3 and CD20, epcoritamab brings the two cells close together so the T cells can fight and kill the lymphoma B cells. Ibrutinib, a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, binds to a protein on B cells, a type of white blood cell from which the lymphoma developed. By doing this it decreases the ability of the lymphoma B cells to survive and grow. Ibrutinib may also improve the health (or fitness) of T cells thus making epcoritamab safer and/or more effective. Phase 1 is to find the recommended dose of KSQ-004EX to give to participants with advanced solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to understand how standing and sitting balance control is altered after spinal cord injury and how a new type of robotic assistive device may be used with spinal stimulation to improve muscle function. The investigators will be testing a device called the Tethered Pelvic Asist Device (or "TPAD") in this study. The TPAD may be helpful in two ways. It can be used to help control and support of the trunk, pelvis, and knees during stand training. Also, the TPAD can be used as a training tool by providing controlled "pushes" or "perturbations" that must be corrected by the person with spinal cord injury in order to maintain proper posture and upright balance. This could be helpful for improving muscle function after spinal cord injury. Participants will be placed into one of two groups based on availability and preference. Group 1 will receive TPAD training with stimulation and assessments with and without stimulation. Participation in this group lasts approximately 4 months. The purpose of this study is to use diet and an injectable medication called tirzepatide (Zepbound) glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GIP-GLP-1 RA) medication as adjunctive therapy (another treatment used together with the primary treatment) for Crohn's disease patients with mild disease who are on stable doses of biologic medication (infliximab or adalimumab) and who have a body mass index (BMI) of at least 27.
