There are two primary approaches to the treatment of OCD, pharmacotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Lack of therapeutic success with one approach leads to trials of the alternative approach or a combination of the two. A rarely used third therapy approach, appropriate for only the most severely afflicted and treatment resistant patients, is neurosurgical ablation of certain brain regions involved in mood and anxiety. The neurosurgical ablation procedures are irreversible in nature, and involve the destruction of specific volumes of brain tissue through various controlled means. Surgical procedures include cingulotomy, subcaudate tractotomy, limbic leucotomy which is a combination of the first two procedures and capsulotomy. DBS therapy is an alternative to neurosurgical procedures, specifically anterior capsulotomy, for patients with chronic, severe OCD which has proven resistant to primary pharmacological and/or behavior therapy options. The main aim of the study is to check effectiveness, side effects, and tolerability of vonicog alfa (recombinant von Willebrand factor \[rVWF\]), with or without ADVATE, in the treatment and control of nonsurgical bleeding events in pediatric participants (less than (\<)18 years of age) with severe hereditary von Willebrand disease (VWD). The participants will be treated with vonicog alfa for 12-18 months. Their von Willebrand Disease will be treated by their doctor according to their doctor's usual clinical practice. The Coordinating and Data Management Center (CDMC) at MD Anderson Cancer will be responsible for the coordination and data management for the Prospective Evaluation of Chronic Pancreatitis for Epidemiologic and Translational Studies (PROCCEED) Study, which is part of the NIH U01 funded Consortium for the Study of Chronic Pancreatitis, Diabetes, and Pancreatic Cancer (CPDPC). No patient enrollment will occur at MDACC. All patient recruitment will occur at external sites that are a part of the CPDPC. The data management systems, auditing, and monitoring effort are supported by the MD Anderson Cancer Center Clinical Research Support Center (CRSC). PROCEED is the first study in the USA that is carefully following participants to better understand factors that may be responsible for causing pancreatitis and how it progresses. The study is being conducted at the following 9 major clinical centers across the US: * Baylor College of Medicine * Cedars-Sinai Medical Center * University of Florida * Indiana University * Mayo Clinic * University of Minnesota * Ohio State University * Stanford University * University of Pittsburgh The study is enrolling participants who are at different stages of chronic pancreatitis, including those with no known pancreas disease (controls), and those with abdominal pain, one or more attacks of pancreatitis, or chronic pancreatitis. After enrollment, participants with abdominal pain and pancreatitis are asked to follow-up every year to learn about their symptoms and any changes in the disease. This phase Ib/II trial is aimed at studying the combination of a drug named Selinexor (selective inhibitor of nuclear export) in combination with standard therapy for B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma called R-CHOP. The investigators will establish maximum tolerated dose of Selinexor in combination with RCHOP and also study the efficacy of this combination for therapy of B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Scientists think that a person's own immune system, directed by genetic and environmental factors play a major role in its development. Oncolytic adenovirus DNX-2401 is made from the common cold virus that has been changed in the laboratory to make it less likely to cause an infection (such as a cold). The aim of this study is to the compare clinical outcomes of patients undergoing a revision total hip arthroplasty (THA) with the use of a dual mobility bearing versus a single bearing design with the use of a large femoral head (36mm or 40mm).
