The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if intravenous citrulline works to treat acute pain in hospitalized patients with sickle cell disease. It will also learn about the safety of intravenous citrulline. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does intravenous citrulline decrease the duration of sickle cell pain during hospitalization * What medical problems do participants have when taking intravenous citrulline? Researchers will compare intravenous citrulline to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if intravenous citrulline works to treat acute pain. This project aims to follow up on a prior project examining the impact of training therapists in an executive functioning intervention Unstuck and On Target (UOT) adapted for community mental health settings. Study aims are to test the clinical and implementation effectiveness of training mental health therapists in Unstuck and On Target, an executive functioning intervention, relative to Unified Protocol for Children, a transdiagnostic intervention for emotional disorders. This includes examining the implementation of Unstuck and associated outcomes (e.g., effective delivery, expanded use of Unstuck beyond autism, the feasibility of Unstuck) and impact on changes in child executive functioning and behaviors. Stroke is a leading cause of long-term disability. Research has placed little emphasis on integrating care partners (CP) (family members) into the rehabilitation process without increasing negative care partner outcomes. The research team has developed and implemented a novel, web-based care partner-focused intervention (CARE-CITE) designed to foster problem-solving and skill building while facilitating care partner engagement during stroke survivor (SS) upper extremity practice of daily activities in the home setting. The goal of this study is to learn the extent to which client-therapist brain activity may synchronize during a psychosocial intervention for depression symptoms. The study will compare behavioral activation, a client-centered type of cognitive-behavioral therapy, to psychoeducation which delivers information on strategies to recover from depression symptoms. Participants will answer questions about their mental and physical health, attend one psychosocial intervention session receiving either Behavioral Activation or Psychoeducation with simultaneous brain activity measurement and complete follow up surveys two weeks and one month following the intervention. This study will examine the effects of doses of opioid/placebo and doses of alprazolam/placebo, alone and in combination. The purpose of this study is to identify pharmacokinetics of postpartum ketamine infusion. This study will assess ketamine kinetics and metabolism in this setting. Ketamine is expected to exert different kinetics during the physiologic state of post-pregnancy. The goal in conducting this study is to better understand the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of postpartum ketamine infusion. A secondary goal is to compare these kinetics to reproductive age matched controls and to assess sex differences in ketamine pharmacokinetics. The peripartum group of this study will receive ketamine after cesarean delivery, while the control group will consist of non-pregnant female subjects and male subjects receiving the same infusion protocol.
