Study of Olomorasib (LY3537982) in Combination With Standard of Care in Participants With Resected or Unresectable KRAS G12C-mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
The main purpose of this study is to assess if olomorasib in combination with pembrolizumab is more effective than the pembrolizumab and placebo combination in part A in participants with resected KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC and to assess if olomorasib in combination with durvalumab is more effective than the durvalumab and placebo combination in part B in participants with unresectable KRAS G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. The study may last up to 3 years for each participant.

Randomized Controlled Trial to Investigate Clinical Outcomes and Associated Costs When PermeaDerm is Used as Temporary Dressing for Surgical Wounds
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to compare the cost and clinical outcomes for two temporary dressings (Allograft and PermeaDerm) used in patients that need a skin graft to heal their wound. The researchers will review cost and other treatment results including how well both temporary dressings attach to the skin, how prepared the wound bed is to receive a skin graft, how long it takes for the skin to be ready to receive a skin graft, how well the skin graft takes and any complications. Patients will f... Read More

A 2-part Study Consisting of a Multiple Ascending Dose Safety Study in Participants With Macular Edema Following Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion and a Dose-finding Safety and Preliminary Efficacy Study in Participants With Either Diabetic Macular Edema or Neovascular Age-related Macular Degeneration
Recruiting
EYE-TIE-201 is a 2-part study to investigate the safety and effectiveness of a new drug being developed called EYE201. All participants in the study will receive a total of 3 injections of EYE201 into the study eye, spaced at 4 weeks apart. In the first part, termed the multiple ascending dose (MAD) portion of study, the safety of EYE201 will be assessed at increasing doses in branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) participants. Approximately 12 participants will be entered in this part of the s... Read More

Understanding the Mechanisms of Clonal and Non-clonal Cytopenia Following CAR-T Therapy for Multiple Myeloma or CD19+ Lymphoproliferative Disorder (LPD)
Recruiting
This clinical trial evaluates the impact of preexisting and therapy-emergent germline and somatic variants on cytopenia in patients with multiple myeloma or CD19 positive lymphoproliferative disorder (LPD) following chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. The most common adverse event after CAR-T therapy is lower than normal blood cells (cytopenia) and up to one third of patients experience cytopenia that last longer than 30 days post-infusion. Germline and somatic variants are changes... Read More

NXP800 for the Treatment of Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma
Recruiting
This phase I trial tests the safety, best dose, and effectiveness of NXP800 in treating patients with cholangiocarcinoma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). NXP800 inhibits a pathway called the heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) pathway. The inhibition of this pathway inhibits proliferation, migration, survival, and me... Read More

RECOVER-SLEEP: Platform Protocol
Recruiting
The platform protocol is designed to be flexible so that it is suitable for a range of study settings and intervention types. Therefore, the platform protocol provides a general protocol structure that can be shared by multiple interventions and allows comparative analysis across the interventions. For example, objectives, measures, and endpoints are generalized in the platform protocol, but intervention-specific features are detailed in separate appendices. This platform protocol is a prospect... Read More
