This is a multiphase, multicenter study, which includes a Phase 1a open-label, dose escalation monotherapy study of ST-067 given as an SC injection with or without obinutuzumab [Gazyva®] pre-treatment, by IV infusion, and in combination with pembrolizumab. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Bluestar Genomics has developed a non-invasive test that aids in detection of occult pancreatic cancer in patients with new onset type II diabetes (NOD) who are 50 years old or older. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of Bluestar Genomics early-detection pancreatic cancer test in a clinical setting. The study is prospective, longitudinal and interventional; tests will be ordered and results returned to site-investigators. If the test returns a pancreatic cancer signal "detected" result the study participant will undergo MRI imaging to evaluate for the presence of pancreatic cancer.
