This is a study that will recruit patients from the neurosurgery clinic and the regular TMS clinic. It's a smaller study designed to collect brain imaging pre-treatment and then use image guided TMS to treat patient with a one week "accelerated" rTMS protocol using the research TMS machine that is housed in Dr. Sean Nestor's lab. The idea is to examine whether severe treatment resistant depression has a different brain signature than less severe/TRD and whether the investigators can get a therapeutic response from patients that would otherwise undergo neurosurgery or will ultimately undergo neurosurgery. Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is the most common childhood hip condition. When caught early, bracing is the most frequently used treatment; however, the brace can disrupt important mother-baby bonding time in the newborn period and present challenges to daily living. In babies with mild DDH, some studies have suggested that their hips may improve naturally as they grow and develop. This study will look at whether careful monitoring can be just as good as bracing for babies diagnosed with mild DDH less than 3 months of age, potentially avoiding unnecessary treatment. This will be the first study to look at this question with babies being treated at different hospitals in seven different countries, so the results will make an impact on children and families worldwide. The goal of this randomized trial is to test whether the Internet-Delivered Enhanced Assess, Acknowledge, Act (IDEA3) sexual assault resistance education intervention reduces sexual violence victimization in undergraduate women. Participants in the intervention group will be asked to attend four three-hour group sessions of a sexual assault resistance program called IDEA3 with a partner, as well as fill out a number of surveys. Participants in the control group will be asked to attend a one-hour consent workshop with a partner and fill out surveys. This study is a Phase 3 multi-site, randomized, evaluator-masked, study of endurance treadmill exercise on changes in the Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) Part III score at 12 months among persons with early stage Parkinson disease. 370 participants will be randomly assigned to 2 groups: 1)60-65% HRmax or 2)80-85% HRmax 4 times per week. The primary objective is to test whether the progression of the signs of Parkinson's disease is attenuated at 12 months in among persons who have not initiated medication for Parkinson Disease (PD) when they perform high-intensity endurance treadmill exercise. Total knee arthroplasty is a surgical treatment which involves replacing the damaged articular cartilage of the knee joint with an artificial prosthetic in end-stage knee osteoarthritis. Although total knee arthroplasties are mostly successful, approximately 1 in 5 patients are unsatisfied with their outcomes with 16-33% of patients of patients experiencing lasting pain following total knee arthroplasty. Multiprofen-CC™ is a compounded topical analgesic currently available to healthcare professionals for prescription in patients experiencing localized musculoskeletal pain. To date there has been no evidence-based guidance generated to evaluate the efficacy of Multiprofen-CC™ in osteoarthritis patients. This study will test, in patients with end-stage knee osteoarthritis undergoing total knee arthroplasty, if the use of topical Multiprofen-CC™ in addition to standard of care pain management is more effective in controlling knee pain and reducing opioid use compared to placebo plus standard care alone. This is a randomized clinical trial to test the effectiveness of combining a proven psychological intervention called behavioural activation therapy alongside esketamine treatment for treatment resistant major depressive episodes in individuals with major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder.
