This is a phase 3, open-label, randomized, multi-center study assessing the efficacy and safety of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR Exon20ins mutation, who are newly diagnosed or have not received prior systemic therapy in advanced stage. Primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy using by BICR-assessed PFS per RECIST 1.1 as primary endpoint. Approximately 320 participants are estimated to be randomized into the study. This clinical trial aims to assess whether the addition of bevacizumab to atezolizumab and chemotherapy can improve response to treatment and progression-free survival in patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) with liver metastases. The main questions it aims to answer are: * In patients with ES-SCLC with liver metastases, can bevacizumab in combination with atezolizumab and chemotherapy prolong the length of time that the cancer does not progress? * Is bevacizumab safe and tolerable when combined with atezolizumab and chemotherapy in patients with ES-SCLC and liver metastases? The study treatment includes two phases: * Induction phase: bevacizumab will be administered in combination with atezolizumab and chemotherapy on a 21-day cycle for four cycles. * Maintenance: atezolizumab and bevacizumab will be administered every 21 days for up to 12 months, or until unacceptable toxicity or disease progression. This study is a Phase 1/2, first-in-human, open-label, clinical trial to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ENV-501 in patients with advanced-stage, relapsed and/or refractory human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3)-expressing solid tumors. The study consists of 2 phases: a dose escalation phase (Phase 1) and a dose expansion phase (Phase 2). The primary objectives of Phase 1 are to characterize the overall safety and tolerability profile of increasing doses of ENV-501 in patients with advanced-stage solid tumors and identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ENV-501. During Phase 1, successive cohorts of patients will receive escalating doses of ENV-501. The results of the dose escalation will determine the RP2D and dosing schedule of ENV-501 to be administered in the Phase 2 part of the study. This study will consist of a Phase 1b and Phase 2 portion. The Phase 1b portion will enroll first followed by the Phase 2 portion. Each cycle of treatment = 28 days. Subjects will receive alectinib twice daily. Those in the Phase 1b portion will receive alectinib alone. Those in Phase 2 Arm A will receive alectinib alone. This phase II trial tests how well biologically guided radiation therapy (BgRT) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) with osimertinib works for the treatment of EGFR positive non-small cell lung carcinoma that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to a limited number of anatomic sites (oligoprogressive). BgRT is radiation that uses specialized imaging to during treatment to target the active tumor and direct radiation to tumors in order to kill and shrink tumor cells. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Osimertinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving BgRT with SBRT and osimertinib may kill more tumor cells in patients with oligoprogressive EGFR positive non-small cell lung carcinoma. Read Less

This phase I clinical trial tests the immune effects of fermented wheat germ in patients with advanced solid tumor cancers who are being treated with standard of care checkpoint inhibitors. Fermented wheat germ is a nutritional supplement that some claim is a "dietary food for special medical purposes for cancer patients" to support them in treatment. There have also been claims that fermented wheat germ is "clinically proven" and "recognized by medical experts" to "enhance oncological treatment" and boost immune response to cancer; however, there are currently no documented therapeutic effects of fermented wheat germ as a nutritional supplement. Checkpoint inhibitors, given as part of standard of care for advanced solid tumors, are a type of immunotherapy that may help the body's immune system attack the cancer and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The information gained from this trial may allow researchers to determine if there is any value of giving fermented wheat germ with standard of care checkpoint inhibitors for patients with advanced solid tumor malignancies. This is a Phase I, multicenter, open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to assess the safety and pharmacokinetic profile of PLB1004, a mono-anilino-pyrimidine compound, given alone in NSCLC patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations，uncommon mutations, classical mutations (Ex19del and L858R), and drug-resistant mutation (T790M). Patients will be enrolled and dosed according to the most current protocol. This study is made of two Parts. Part 1 includes a dose escalation into 7 cohorts and patient allocation to these cohorts will be via slot allocation. Each cohort has a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 patients for a total of 21 - 42 patients. The patient population of the dose escalation phase will include patients with advanced NSCLC harboring EGFR classical mutations or Ex20ins mutations, or uncommon mutations. Part 2 includes an expansion phase and the expansion phase will explore one or more dose levels of PLB1004 in NSCLC patients with EGFR Ex20ins mutations, classical mutations, or uncommon mutations.
