Open-label, Phase 1 Study of CD19 t-haNK as a Single Agent and in Combination With an IL-15 Superagonist (N-803) and Rituximab in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. This phase II trial tests how well tafasitamab and zanubrutinib works in treating patients with newly diagnosed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Tafasitamab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Zanubrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This may stop the growth and spread of cancer cells. Giving tafasitamab and zanubrutinib in combination may kill more cancer cells in patients with CLL/SLL than giving either treatment alone. Read Less

Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1160 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor or liquid cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This Phase 1/2 study will have two parts. Part A of the study will find out how much and how frequently PRO1160 should be given to participants. Part B will use the dose and schedule found in Part A to find out how safe PRO1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. The diseases under study will be Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC),Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). Read Less

This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of intracerebroventricularly (ICV) administered CD19-chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells in treating patients with primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma. CAR T cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein, CD19, on the patient's cancer cells is added to the T cells in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). Large numbers of the CAR T cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion for treatment of certain cancers. ICV is an injection technique that delivers the CD19-CAR T cells directly into the cerebrospinal fluid (which flows in and around the hollow spaces of the brain and spinal cord, and the thin layers of tissue that cover and protect the brain and spinal cord) in the brain, through a surgically placed catheter. Giving CD19-CAR T cells ICV may be more effective at treating patients with primary CNS lymphoma than giving them via other methods. Read Less

This phase II trials studies the effects of yttrium-90 labeled anti-CD25 monoclonal antibody combined with BEAM chemotherapy conditioning in treating patients with Hodgkin lymphoma that does not response to treatment (refractory) or has come back (relapsed). Yttrium-90-labeled anti-CD25 is an antibody (proteins made by the immune system to fight infections) that is attached to a radioactive substance and may kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carmustine, etoposide, cytarabine, and melphalan, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before a peripheral blood stem cell transplant helps kill cancer cells in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis.
