The primary objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of high dose and low dose fluticasone propionate (Fp)/albuterol sulfate (ABS) integrated electronic module multidose dry powder inhaler (eMDPI) compared to ABS eMDPI in decreasing severe clinical asthma exacerbation (CAEs). Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of Fp/ABS compared to ABS and the effect on systemic corticosteroid (SCS) exposure To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Fp/A BS The duration for each participant will be a minimum of 28 weeks including 2 weeks of screening, 2-4 weeks of run-in period and a double blind treatment period of minimum 24 weeks, however due to the event-driven nature of this study, the duration may range up to approximately 35 months depending on the timing when the participant was enrolled to the study, and when the study reaches its completion criteria. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of vixarelimab compared with placebo on lung function in participants with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and in participants with systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD). Participants who complete 52-weeks of treatment in the Double-blind Treatment (DBT) period can choose to enroll in the optional Open-label Extension (OLE) period to receive treatment with vixarelimab for another 52 weeks. This study is open to adults 18 years and older with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. People can join the study if they have tumours with HER2 mutations and have not yet received any systemic therapy including chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called zongertinib (BI 1810631) can slow down the worsening of advanced non-small cell lung cancer better than the standard treatment available. Zongertinib may slow cancer cell growth by inhibiting HER2. This would prolong cancer re-occurrence and increase survival. Current standard treatment is pembrolizumab plus platinum-pemetrexed chemotherapy. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. One group receives zongertinib at regular times throughout the study and the other group receives infusions of pembrolizumab, pemetrexed and cisplatin or carboplatin (pembrolizumab plus platinum-pemetrexed chemotherapy) into a vein. Participants may be in the study up to a maximum of 70 months. During this time, they visit the study site about every 3 weeks for study procedures. The doctors regularly check the size of the tumour with a CT or MRI scan, at the beginning of the study and every 6 weeks. After 18 months they check the tumour size every 12 weeks. Doctors regularly check whether the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The time it takes for the cancer to worsen is compared between the 2 groups to see whether the treatment works. The participants also fill in questionnaires about their symptoms and quality of life. The Esprit BTK PAS is a prospective, single-arm, multi-center observational study to assess the continued safety and effectiveness of the Esprit™ BTK Everolimus Eluting Resorbable Scaffold System under commercial use, in patients with diseased infrapopliteal lesions causing CLTI (Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia) in a real-world setting. The clinical investigation will be conducted at up to 50 sites in the United States (US) and additional sites may be added outside of the US (OUS). Migraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective ubrogepant is in the acute treatment of migraine in children and adolescents. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Children and adolescents (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. The study will include 2 cohorts of participants - PK Cohort and Main Study (non-PK cohort). Participants aged 6-11 years in the PK Cohort will receive Dose A or Dose B of Ubrogepant for PK analysis to determine dose selection for the main study. In the main study, after dose selection, children aged 6-11 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo. There is a 1 in 3 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Adolescents aged 12-17 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo with a 1 in 3 chance of placebo assignment. For qualifying migraine attacks, participants will receive oral tablets of the double-blind study intervention. There will be an option to take a second dose of double-blind study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, at least 2 hours after the initial dose, for headache of moderate/severe intensity. Around 1059 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 120 sites in the United States. The study duration will be up to 6 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This phase II/III trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and ipilimumab when given together with or without sargramostim and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Colony-stimulating factors, such as sargramostim, may increase the production of white blood cells. It is not yet known whether nivolumab and ipilimumab are more effective with or without sargramostim in treating patients with melanoma. Read Less

A migraine is a moderate to severe headache typically on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. Menstrual migraine (MM) is defined as migraine attacks that occur within the perimenstrual period (PMP) in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles. The PMP is from 2 days before the onset of menstrual bleeding to 2 days after. This study will assess how safe and effective ubrogepant is in treating menstrual migraine. Adverse Events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Ubrogepant is an investigational drug being developed for short-term prevention of menstrual migraine. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to receive either ubrogepant or placebo. Around 450 adult female participants with menstrual migraine will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses per cycle for 3 PMPs during double-blind period (16 weeks). Eligible participants may continue to receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days per cycle starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses during open-label extension period (52 weeks). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will collect data daily in electronic diaries and attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
