The pivotal phase 3 trial (rAd-IFN-CS 003) evaluating the efficacy of nadofaragene firadenovec showed that 55 (53.4%) of 103 subjects with CIS ± high-grade Ta/T1 achieved a complete response (CR) at 3 months. In this trial, the safety and efficacy of intravesical instillation of nadofaragene firadenovec alone or in combination with chemotherapy or immunotherapy will be evaluated in participants with NMIBC CIS (± high-grade Ta/T1).

This phase II trial studies how well vismodegib, focal adhesion kinase (FAK) inhibitor GSK2256098, and capivasertib work in treating patients with meningioma that is growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressive). Vismodegib, FAK inhibitor GSK2256098, capivasertib, and abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

This is an open-label study that will enroll participants with Interstitial Cystitis / Bladder Pain Syndrome (IC/BPS).
The study will assess PRN (as needed) dosing of up to 6 intravesical (via catheter) doses of VNX001 (study drug) to treat acute instances of moderate to severe bladder pain over a 14-day period. The main aim of the study is to tally the number of doses and assess pain before and after doses. The study will review the safety and tolerability of VNX001.
