The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-706 as a monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, carboplatin, or cisplatin. ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC), high-grade central nervous system (CNS) tumors and high-grade neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs). There are multiple treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 as a single agent or in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), carboplatin or cisplatin at different doses. Approximately 350 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), ABBV-706 will be intravenously infused in escalating doses as a monotherapy until the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is determined in participants with SCLC, high-grade CNS tumors, and high-grade NECs. In part 2, multiple doses will be selected from Part 1 and SCLC participants will be assigned to one of these doses in a randomized fashion to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose. In Part 3a, participants with SCLC or NECs will receive ABBV-706 in combination with budigalimab intravenously every 3 weeks. In Part 3b participants with SCLC or NECs will receive ABBV-706 in combination with either carboplatin or cisplatin intravenously. In Part 4a, participants with CNS tumors will receive ABBV-706 intravenously at a dose determined from Part 1. In Part 4b, participants with NECs will receive ABBV-706 intravenously at a dose selected from Part 1. The estimated duration of the study is up to 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This phase II trial tests the safety, side effects and effectiveness of epcoritamab and tazemetostat in treating patients with grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Epcoritamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds to two different antigens on the surface of cancer cells that may help the body's immune system attack the cancer and may interfere with the ability of the cancer cells to grow and spread. Tazemetostat, a EZH2 inhibitor, may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving epcoritamab and tazemetostat may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in treating patients with relapsed or refractory grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma. Read Less

This study aims to determine the feasibility of a shamanism intervention for patients with fibromyalgia, acquire efficacy data to determine if Shamanism reduces clinical pain and other common symptoms associated with fibromyalgia, and determine if the Shamanism intervention changes heart rate electrocardiogram (ECG), breathing rate, and brain wave electroencephalogram (EEG) outcomes in fibromyalgia patients and shamanic practitioners. The investigators hypothesize that 80% of individuals will complete at least 80% of study visits, clinical pain severity and/or interference will be significantly reduced following the Shamanic intervention, and lung, heart, and/or brain activity will be altered with the Shamanic intervention and also become more synchronized between Shamanic Practitioners (SPs) and patients during the course of treatment. The Hispanic/Latinx community (hereafter Hispanic) is the country's second-largest racial/ethnic group, accounting for 19.1% of the total population. However, they remain one of the most underserved populations with suboptimal access to healthcare and screening services due to low income, lack of health insurance, perceived discrimination, language barriers, and limited health literacy. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer related mortality with 1.8 million annual deaths worldwide, with Hispanic patients known to have lower survival rates compared with non-Hispanic whites. Lung cancer screening (LCS) with low dose computed tomography (LDCT) decreases this mortality rate of lung cancer by 20%. Yet many Latinx patients who are eligible for lung cancer screening are still falling through the cracks which prevents patients the ability to detect lung cancer early. This study will test and compare the effect of a multi-level intervention on ordering LDCT within 4 months after patient enrollment to those in an Enhanced Usual Care. Our proposed intervention includes: * Primary care provider notifications of patients' LCS eligibility; * Patients' education; * Patients' referral to financial navigation resources; * Patients' reminder to discuss LCS during primary care provider (PCP) visit.
