Nemtabrutinib With Rituximab for the Treatment of Patients With Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well nemtabrutinib works with rituximab for the treatment of patients with mantle cell lymphoma. Nemtabrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It blocks a protein called BTK, which is present on B-cell (a type of white blood cells) cancers such as mantel cell lymphoma at abnormal levels. This may help keep cancer cells from growing and spreading. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (... Read More

Testing Olaparib in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic (Cancer That Has Spread) Bladder Cancer and Other Genitourinary Tumors With DNA-Repair Genetic Changes
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well olaparib works in treating patients with bladder cancer and other genitourinary tumors with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)-repair defects that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic) and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment. PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing.

Testing Ipilimumab and Nivolumab Combination With or Without Cabozantinib in People >= 18 Years Old With Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma
Recruiting
This phase II trial compares the effect of immunotherapy with ipilimumab and nivolumab alone to their combination with cabozantinib in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma that has spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozan... Read More
