The ICGG Gaucher Registry is an ongoing, international multi-center, strictly observational program that tracks the routine clinical outcomes for patients with Gaucher disease, irrespective of treatment status. No experimental intervention is involved; patients in the Registry undergo clinical assessments and receive care as determined by the patient's treating physician. The objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance understanding of the variability, progression, identification, and natural history of Gaucher disease, with the ultimate goal of better guiding and assessing therapeutic intervention. * To assist the Gaucher medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients, and to provide reports on patient outcomes, to optimize patient care. * To characterize the Gaucher disease population. * To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of imiglucerase and of eliglustat. Gaucher Pregnancy Sub-registry: The primary objective of this Sub-registry is to track pregnancy outcomes, including complications and infant growth, in all women with Gaucher disease during pregnancy, regardless of whether they receive disease-specific therapy. No experimental intervention is given; thus a patient will undergo clinical assessments and receive standard of care treatment as determined by the patient's physician.If a patient consents to this Sub-registry, information about the patient's medical and obstetric history, pregnancy, and birth will be collected, and, if a patient consents to data collection for her infant, data on infant growth through month 36 postpartum will be collected. Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. Substudy B: This study was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 1 year: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in Argentina. Substudy C: This study was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of either 3 or 4 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Participants will receive either placebo or a second dose of RSVpreF approximately 3 or 4 years after receiving the initial dose of RSVpreF in the main efficacy study. * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Canada. The study titled \"Transnasal sphenopalatine ganglion block for treatment of acute subarachnoid hemorrhage associated headache\" is a randomized controlled pilot study aimed at evaluating the efficacy of a transnasal sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) block in addition to standard pain medication for reducing headache severity in patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). The Myelin Disorders Biorepository Project (MDBP) seeks to collect and analyze clinical data and biological samples from leukodystrophy patients worldwide to support ongoing and future research projects. The MDBP is one of the world's largest leukodystrophy biorepositories, having enrolled nearly 2,000 affected individuals since it was launched over a decade ago. Researchers working in the biorepository hope to use these materials to uncover new genetic etiologies for various leukodystrophies, develop biomarkers for use in future clinical trials, and better understand the natural history of these disorders. The knowledge gained from these efforts may help improve the diagnostic tools and treatment options available to patients in the future. Read Less

The objectives of the proposed study are to develop and evaluate protocols for ethnic/racial minority-specific research using cancer registry data. In conjunction with the Cancer Registry of Greater California (CRGC), the investigators have developed procedures to identify, recruit, and survey ethnic/racial minority patients with MM. To pilot the study, the investigators aim initially to test the feasibility of this protocol by contacting 400 eligible patients (100 African Americans, 100 Latinos, 100 Asian American/Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander-AANHPI and 100 non-Hispanic Whites as a comparison group) to conduct a pilot survey through which will ascertain etiological and survival-related factors for MM. Ultimately, the investigators hope the findings from this pilot will yield insight into the best practices for recruiting minorities with MM and serve as the basis for larger population-based studies of MM etiology and survival. The next phase of this study is to expand the study to all 3 California Cancer Registries, including the Greater Bay Area Cancer Registry and the Los Angeles Cancer Surveillance Program and Cancer Registry of Greater California. We will increase the sample size to recruit atleast 1000 participants per racial/ethnic group. We will also request to increase the scope of the study to also continue a survivorship cohort. This study plans to evaluate the time course of inflammation in the brain after a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury using positron emission tomography (PET) brain imaging. Patients will undergo PET scans of the brain at two weeks and two months after injury to measure neuro-inflammation. The results of the PET scans will be analyzed and correlated with the risk of post-traumatic epilepsy. Read Less
