Researchers are looking for a better way to treat women who have sleep disturbances associated with menopause. Menopause is part of a natural aging process and happens when women's menstrual cycles, also called periods, stop. Sleep disturbances, for example, frequent waking up at night, are a common and bothersome symptom associated with menopause that affects women's quality of life. The study treatment Elinzanetant (also called BAY 3427080) is under development to treat symptoms like hot flashes which are caused by hormonal changes associated with menopause. It may block the activity of a protein that has been found to contribute to sleep disturbances. The main purpose of this study is to learn how does elinzanetant affect sleep disturbances associated with menopause as measured on a sleep test called polysomnography (PSG) as compared with placebo. For this, the researchers will analyze change in the total number of minutes a participant wakes up at night after going to sleep after 4 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment change in the total number of minutes a participant wakes up at night after going to sleep after 12 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment change in the participant's total time asleep while in bed after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment. The study participants will be randomly (by chance) assigned to one of two treatment groups. Dependent on the group, they will take elinzanetant or placebo for 12 weeks. Each participant will be in the study for approximately 22 weeks (plus potential washout period), including a screening phase of up to 6 weeks, 12 weeks of treatment, and a follow up phase of 4 weeks after the end of treatment. 5 visits to the study site are planned. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive, irreversible neurological disorder and is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly population. Clinical symptoms of the disease may begin with occasional forgetfulness such as misplacement of items, forgetting important dates or events, and may progress to noticeable memory loss, increased confusion and agitation, and eventually, loss of independence and non-responsiveness. This study will assess how safe and effective ABBV-916 is in treating early AD. Adverse events, change in disease activity, and how ABBV-916 moves through body of participants will be assessed. ABBV-916 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of early AD. This study is conducted in 2 stages. Stage A is a multiple ascending dose study. There is a 1 in 4 chance that participants are assigned to receive placebo. Stage B is a proof-of-concept study. In Stage B, there is a 1 in 5 chance that participants will be assigned to receive placebo. The first 6 months of this study are "double-blind," which means that neither the trial participant nor the study doctors know which treatments will be given. This will be followed by a 2-year extension period in which all participants will receive ABBV-916. Approximately 195 participants aged 50-90 years will be enrolled in about 90 sites across the world. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) doses of ABBV-916 or placebo once every 4 weeks (Q4W) for 24 weeks and will be followed for an additional 16 weeks. Participants will have the option of participating in a 2-year, open-label, Extension Period receiving IV ABBV-916. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to compare and learn about Virtual Reality (VR) in children with autism/Autistic children. The main question it aims to answer is: • Does the Floreo VR clinical product show clinical improvement in autism symptoms? Participants will engage the VR product for twice a week for twelve weeks. This phase III trial studies how well active surveillance help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors for recurrence after their tumor is removed. When the germ cell tumor has spread outside of the organ in which it developed, it is considered metastatic. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
