This study will look at the effects of CagriSema in people with both type 2 diabetes and painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy, compared to placebo. Participants will either get an active medicine or a "dummy" medicine (placebo). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. In this study the active, investigational medicine is called CagriSema. Doctors cannot yet prescribe CagriSema. For each participant, the study will last for about 10 months. Read Less

This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. This phase II trial studies how well lower dose radiotherapy after chemotherapy (Carboplatin \& Etoposide) works in treating children with central nervous system (CNS) germinomas. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill cancer cells. Researchers want to see if lowering the dose of standard radiotherapy (RT) after chemotherapy can help get rid of CNS germinomas with fewer long-term side effects. Read Less

AB-101 (also known as AlloNK) is an off-the shelf, allogeneic cell product made of "natural killer" cells, also called NK cells. White blood cells are part of the immune system and NK cells are a type of white blood cell that is known to enhance the effect of monoclonal antibody therapies. This clinical trial will enroll adult patients with lupus nephritis Class III or IV either with or without the presence of Class V who relapsed or did not respond to previous standard of care treatment approaches, or other forms of refractory systemic lupus erythematosus. The primary objective is to assess the safety, tolerability and preliminary activity of AB-101 plus a B-cell depleting mAb (e.g., rituximab, obinutuzumab) after cyclophosphamide and fludarabine in adult subjects with relapsed/refractory lupus nephritis Class III or IV, with or without the presence of Class V, or other forms of refractory systemic lupus erythematosus. Patients will be assigned to receive either AB-101 alone as monotherapy or in combination with a B-cell depleting mAb (e.g., rituximab, obinutuzumab). All patients will receive at least 1 treatment cycle of AB-101, followed by scheduled assessments of overall health and response status. This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study will evaluate the effects of NMRA-335140 (formerly BTRX-335140) on symptoms of depression in participants with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). The study design consists of a Screening Period (up to 35 days), and a 6-week Treatment Period (during which participants will receive either NMRA-335140 or placebo). In the clinical performance part of this study, prospectively acquired clinician-collected and clinician-instructed, self-collected vaginal swab specimens collected in cobas® PCR Media will be taken from a minimum of 500 symptomatic individuals with a clinical presentation consistent with vaginitis, vaginosis, or both. Additionally, a minimum of 100 asymptomatic individuals will also be enrolled in the study. The cobas® BV/CV assay amplifies and detects the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) of pathogens associated with bacterial vaginosis (BV) and candida vaginitis (CV). The BV results will be compared with the patient infection status (PIS) established by using 3 Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared commercial assays, and the CV results will be compared with the PIS established with the use of culture plus MALDI-TOF (matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight). The primary objective of the clinical performance study is to evaluate the performance (sensitivity and specificity) of cobas® BV/CV to determine the presence of BV and/or CV in the intended use patient population when being tested on cobas® 6800/8800 systems. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for this protein in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal HER2 and therefore abnormal cell growth and division. The study treatment, BAY 2927088, is expected to block the mutated HER2 protein which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn how well BAY 2927088 works and how safe it is compared with standard treatment, in participants who have advanced NSCLC with specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * BAY 2927088 twice every day as a tablet by mouth, or * Standard treatment in cycles of 21 days via infusion ("drip") into the vein. The treatment will continue for as long as participants benefit from it without any severe side effects or until they or their doctor decide to stop the treatment. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * take imaging scans, including CT, PET, MRI, and X-rays, of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer * check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking * heart health using an electrocardiogram (ECG) * perform pregnancy tests for women * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. The objective of the rFVIIa for Acute Hemorrhagic Stroke Administered at Earliest Time (FASTEST) Trial is to establish the first treatment for acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) within a time window and subgroup of patients that is most likely to benefit. The central hypothesis is that rFVIIa, administered within 120 minutes from stroke onset with an identified subgroup of patients most likely to benefit, will improve outcomes at 180 days as measured by the Modified Rankin Score (mRS) and decrease ongoing bleeding as compared to standard therapy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how Aztreonam (ATM) and Avibactam (AVI) are processed in pediatric participants. This study also aims to understand participant safety and effects in pediatric participants. The study is seeking participants who are: * 9 months to less than 18 years of age * Hospitalized * Suspected/known to have a gram-negative infection * Receiving intravenous (iv, given directly into a vein) antibiotics * Being treated for complicated infections of various body parts that includes the abdomen, urinary tract, blood stream, and lungs. * Participants will receive either ATM-AVI or best available therapy (BAT). * Both therapies will be given through a vein. * Participants with complicated abdominal infections will also receive iv Metronidazole (MTZ). Patients with cIAI and Cockayne Syndrome are excluded due to a risk of severe hepatotoxicity with the use of MTZ. - Participants on ATM-AVI treatment who have anaerobic infections will also receive iv MTZ at the study doctor's discretion. * The iv dose of ATM-AVI will be based on the participant's weight and kidney function. * The study doctor will determine the iv dose of BAT. * During the first 2 study days, participants on ATM-AVI therapy will have 5 blood draws in small quantities. * Starting on day 4, the study doctor will decide if participants may be switched to oral therapy. * Participants will receive a maximum of 14 days of ATM-AVI treatment. * After discharge from the hospital, 1 study visit may be required. * Depending on the participant's response, the study duration will be from 33 to 50 days. * The investigator will contact participants by phone 28 to 35 days after the last study treatment to check participants health status.
