Vedolizumab is a medicine that helps to reduce inflammation and pain in the digestive system. In this study, children and teenagers with moderate to severe Crohn's disease will be treated with vedolizumab.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of therapeutic vaccination with chimpanzee adenovirus (ChAdV)- and poxvirus modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA)-vectored conserved mosaic T-cell vaccines in a sequential regimen with the Toll-like Receptor 7 (TLR7) agonist vesatolimod (VES) and two broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) compared to placebo, to induce HIV-1 control during analytic treatment interruption (ATI).

This clinical trial studies cancer survivors to identify those who are at increased risk of developing late-occurring complications after undergoing treatment for childhood cancer. A patient's genes may affect the risk of developing complications, such as congestive heart failure, avascular necrosis, stroke, and second cancer, years after undergoing cancer treatment. Genetic studies may help doctors identify survivors of childhood cancer who are more likely to develop late complications.
