This clinical trial evaluates a high intensity electronic health (eHealth) intervention program for reducing learning disparities in children with cancer. Most children with leukemia and lymphoblastic lymphoma can be cured due to advancements in diagnosis and treatment. However, because treatments for these conditions target the central nervous system, these children are at increased risk for developing neurocognitive late effects (problems with attention, thinking, learning, and remembering). Fortunately, many survivors do well, but some children continue to struggle with learning and have academic difficulties after their cancer treatments. The purpose of this research study is to see whether providing parents with educational knowledge and parenting tips using videoconferencing and a special website better helps their cancer survivor child in learning and school achievement compared to typical services. The researchers are doing this study to compare two different types of group therapy and find out whether they are effective approaches for helping breast cancer survivors manage joint pain caused by aromatase inhibitors (AI). This type of joint pain is called AI-associated arthralgia, or AIA, and it is common in people taking AIs. AIA and its associated symptoms can make some people decide to stop taking their medication. The study will look at the effects of two different types of group therapy on participants' cancer-related symptoms (such as pain, fatigue, and anxiety), their ability to continue taking AIs on a regular schedule, and their quality of life. We will measure participants' quality of life by having them fill out questionnaires. Both groups will have 2-hour group therapy sessions once a week, over the course of 8 weeks. In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will focus on participants who have active disease and are already taking standard of care medications. These may include antimalarials, steroids, and immunosuppressants. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the disease. The main question researchers want to answer is: - How many participants have an improvement in their symptoms after 52 weeks of treatment? Researchers will answer this and other questions by measuring the symptoms of SLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the SLE Responder Index (SRI), the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index-2000 (SLEDAI-2K), and the Patient Global Assessment - Visual Analog Scale (PGA-VAS). Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and SLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either a high or low dose of litifilimab, or placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * All participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. The treatment period will last 52 weeks. Participants will continue to take their standard of care medications. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * There will be a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 24 weeks. * In total, participants will have up to 22 study visits. Severe Aplastic Anemia (SAA) is a rare condition in which the body stops producing enough new blood cells. SAA can be cured with immune suppressive therapy or a bone marrow transplant. Regular treatment for patients with aplastic anemia who have a matched sibling (brother or sister), or family donor is a bone marrow transplant. Patients without a matched family donor normally are treated with immune suppressive therapy (IST). Match unrelated donor (URD) bone marrow transplant (BMT) is used as a secondary treatment in patients who did not get better with IST, had their disease come back, or a new worse disease replaced it (like leukemia). This trial will compare time from randomization to failure of treatment or death from any cause of IST versus URD BMT when used as initial therapy to treat SAA. The trial will also assess whether health-related quality of life and early markers of fertility differ between those randomized to URD BMT or IST, as well as assess the presence of marrow failure-related genes and presence of gene mutations associated with MDS or leukemia and the change in gene signatures after treatment in both study arms. This study treatment does not include any investigational drugs. The medicines and procedures in this study are standard for treatment of SAA. Read Less

This is a 2-Part study with Part A, a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, PoC study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of efzofitimod in patients with SSc-ILD. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the PoC for efficacy in a population with SSc-ILD. While improvement of ILD is the outcome of interest, the study will also evaluate changes in the skin. After initial screening (up to 4 weeks), approximately 25 eligible participants will be randomized 2:2:1 to 1 of 2 active (experimental) dose arms or placebo, administered every 4 weeks up to and including Week 20. Part B is an optional open-label extension to Part A in which participants can receive 450 mg efzofitimod every 4 weeks for 6 doses. Read Less

TARGET-DERM is a longitudinal, observational study of adult and pediatric patients being managed for Atopic Dermatitis and other Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Skin Conditions (IMISC) in usual clinical practice. This phase I trial studies the side effects of nivolumab before and after surgery in treating children and young adults with high grade glioma that has come back (recurrent) or is increasing in scope or severity (progressive). The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether IBD patients have better disease outcomes and feel more empowered to manage their condition if they have access to text messaging with their clinical team and if their symptoms are more regularly monitored through text-based surveys. Researchers will compare participants who have access to text-based monitoring, communication and education to participants who have access to text-based education alone. Researchers will also examine if different social and other non-medical factors impact IBD symptoms and quality of life. All participants will: * complete 5 brief on-line surveys over 12 months about their IBD and social risk factors, * receive IBD education content by text message up to 2 times a week. Some participants will also: * receive additional surveys by text to monitor their IBD progression, * have the opportunity to directly text message their IBD medical team. Read Less
