Trial title: A Randomized, Double Blind Sham Controlled Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy of Electrical Vestibular Nerve Stimulation (VeNS), Compared to a Sham Control for Treatment of PTSD The aim of this study: To better evaluate the efficacy of non-invasive electrical vestibular nerve stimulation (VeNS) as a method of treating PTSD, as compared to a sham control. Allocation: Randomized to either active device or control device usage. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, extent of the side effects, and immune responses of the study vaccine (called variant-adapted BNT162b2 RNA-based vaccine) in healthy children. The trial is divided into 5 individual studies or substudies based on age group and prior history of COVID-19 vaccinations. All participants in each of the 5 sub-studies will receive study vaccine as a shot depending on what group they are in. Substudy A design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 4 years 3 months of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naïve) and will receive 3 doses of study vaccine as their initial series, followed by a fourth dose of study vaccine. Phase 2/3 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive 1, 2, or 3 doses of study vaccine, depending on what group they are in. Substudy B design: includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have either received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. Substudy C design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have received 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their fourth dose. Substudy D design: includes participants 5 through less than12 years of age who have received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. Apalutamide is an anti-androgen that blocks the effect of testosterone on prostate cancer growth. This phase IIa trial is designed to determine whether very low doses of apalutamide, given for 3 to 4 weeks before prostate surgery to men with prostate cancer confined to the prostate gland, reduces plasma levels of PSA (a biomarker of apalutamide's ability to block testosterone). If low dose apalutamide lowers PSA levels in this setting, further study of this agent in men with localized prostate cancer who wish to delay definitive therapy with surgery or radiation may be warranted. The study consists of 24-week double-blind trial to evaluate the non-inferiority of the efficacy and safety of pegloticase Q4W with MTX versus pegloticase Q2W with MTX, followed by a 24-week open-label extension of pegloticase Q4W with MTX, in participants with uncontrolled refractory gout. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of pegloticase 16 mg administered Q4W with MTX versus pegloticase 8 mg administered Q2W with MTX, on the response rate during Month 6, as measured by the sustained normalization of sUA to < 6 mg/dL for at least 80% of the time. Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is an inflammatory skin disease that causes painful lesions in the axilla (underarm), inguinal (groin) and anogenital (anal/genital) regions. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS who have failed to respond to or are intolerant of anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) therapy. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for ulcerative colitis, atopic dermatitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondylarthritis and is being developed for the treatment of HS. This study is "double-blinded", meaning that neither the trial participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given placebo. This study is comprised of 3 periods. In Period 1, participants are randomized into 2 groups called treatment arms where each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. In Period 2, participants are placed into 6 different groups depending on their placement and results in Period 1. Period 3 is the long-term extension period where participants will continue treatment from Period 2. Approximately 1328 adult and adolescent participants diagnosed with HS will be enrolled in approximately 275 sites worldwide. Participants will receive oral tablets of upadacitinib or placebo once daily for 36 weeks in Period 1 and Period 2. Eligible participants from Period 1 and Period 2 will enter Period 3 and receive oral tablets of upadacitinib or placebo once daily for 68 weeks. Participants will be followed up for approximately 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The goal of this clinical trial is to define a safe and effective dose of CRB-701 for participants with solid tumors that are expressing a protein called nectin-4. The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the the safe and effective dose of CRB-701 when used alone? What cancers can be treated effectively with CRB-701? Participants will be asked to attend clinic and be given a intravenous infusion of CRB-701 on its own.
