The study will look at how well different doses of a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 help lower the blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans. Participants will either get NNC0487-0111, which is given as tablets or as injections, or placebo. Which treatment the participant get is decided by chance.The study will last for about 43 weeks. The primary objective of the study is to determine the relative efficacy of the investigational oral severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) vaccine tablet VXA-CoV2-3.3 compared to a currently recommended vaccine for the prevention of symptomatic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In order to represent a more recently circulating SARS-CoV-2 variant, the main study endpoints will now evaluate the VXA-CoV2-3.3 (KP.2 strain) vaccine, and not the VXA-CoV2-3.1 (XBB.1.5 strain) vaccine. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of the PDS with Ranibizumab in participants with DME when treated every 24 weeks (Q24W) compared with intravitreal ranibizumab 0.5 mg every 4 weeks (Q4W). The substudy will evaluate safety of re-implanting the updated PDS with ranibizumab and the refill-exchange procedures following re-implantation in participants with DME who were previously enrolled in the main Study, GR40550. Narcolepsy Type 1 (NT1), Narcolepsy Type 2 (NT2), and Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH) are rare conditions that make people feel very sleepy during the day (often referred to as excessive daytime sleepiness \[EDS\]). People living with these conditions might find it hard to stay alert and pay attention when they are at school, working, driving, or performing other daily activities. While all conditions result in feeling sleepy, there are some differences in other common symptoms: * NT1: People with NT1 often feel very tired during the day and experience cataplexy. Cataplexy is a sudden loss of muscle strength, which can cause someone to collapse or lose control of their muscles for a short time. This is often triggered by strong emotions, such as laughter or surprise. They may also have trouble sleeping well at night. * NT2: People with NT2 feel sleepy during the day, just like NT1, but they do not have cataplexy. * IH: People with IH feel tired during the day, even after sleeping a lot at night. They may sleep for long periods, take long naps, and find it hard to wake up. Orexin is a protein in the brain that helps coordinate a system that plays an important role in helping people to stay awake during the daytime. ORX750 is designed to mimic the action of orexin. The purpose of this study is to see how safe and tolerable ORX750 is in NT1, NT2, and IH, and learn about what the drug does to the body. This study is open to adults aged 55 years and older with geographic atrophy that was diagnosed by imaging of the retina. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1584862 improves the eyes in people with geographic atrophy and to find the most suitable dose. This study has 4 treatment groups. Participants are put into groups randomly, which means by chance. Initially participants can join a BI 1584862 and a placebo group; then more participants are put randomly in 2 additional BI 1584862 groups and a placebo group. Participants are in the study for 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site 13 times. At the visits, doctors check the severity of participants' eye disease and collect information on any health problems. They take detailed pictures of the back of the eye, the retina, with imaging methods called fundus autofluorescence (FAF) and optical coherence tomography (OCT). They measure areas of the retina that appear healthy (bright) or start to waste away (dark, atrophy). The changes over time are then compared between the treatment groups. Read Less

This prospective longitudinal study will compare incidence rates of Medicare beneficiary surgical and minimally invasive intervention post index procedure, as well as harms associated with the MILD procedure, at 24 months post-treatment with MILD, tested against a control group of similar patients that have had a comparable procedure.
