This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of the PDS with Ranibizumab in participants with DME when treated every 24 weeks (Q24W) compared with intravitreal ranibizumab 0.5 mg every 4 weeks (Q4W). The substudy will evaluate safety of re-implanting the updated PDS with ranibizumab and the refill-exchange procedures following re-implantation in participants with DME who were previously enrolled in the main Study, GR40550. This is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, 3-arm study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) with a history of inadequate response of topical treatment, on background topical corticosteroid (TCS) and/or topical calcineurin inhibitor (TCI). The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for subcutaneous (SC) injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe AD aged 12 years and older on background TCS and/or TCI. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have an option to enter a separate study: the blinded extension study EFC17600 (ESTUARY). For participants not entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 44 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 24-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. For participants entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 28 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening and a 24-week randomized double-blind period. This is a multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel, Phase 3 study for treatment of participants aged 12 years and older diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The main objective of this study is to evaluate if those participants who received amlitelimab dose 1 in the parent studies (EFC17559 \[COAST-1\], EFC17560 \[COAST 2\], EFC17561 \[SHORE\]) and were responders can maintain their response either remaining at dose 1 or switching to dose 2 of amlitelimab compared to treatment withdrawal. This study is open to people 50 years or older with an eye condition called geographic atrophy. The purpose of this study is to compare a medicine called BI 771716 with a medicine called pegcetacoplan. BI 771716 is being developed to treat people with geographic atrophy. Pegcetacoplan is a medicine already used to treat people with geographic atrophy. In this study, participants receive either BI 771716 or pegcetacoplan as injections in the eye. Participants are in the study for a little longer than a year and visit the study site every 4 weeks. At the visits, the study doctor checks the eyes of the participants. The results are compared between the groups of participants to see whether the treatment works. The study doctor also regularly checks participants' health and takes note of any unwanted effects. Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH) is a condition where people feel extremely sleepy during the day, especially in the morning, even if they sleep a lot at night. They may have trouble waking up in the morning, no matter how much they sleep (sometimes more than 11 hours per day), and they can't help feeling tired, even after taking daytime naps. Because of this sleepiness, they may have trouble focusing, thinking clearly, or keeping up with daily activities. They may also have symptoms like dizziness or feeling lightheaded. Orexin is a chemical made in the brain that helps keep a person awake and alert. TAK-360 acts like orexin. Previous studies have shown that medicines that act like orexin may keep people awake. The main aim of this study is to learn how safe TAK-360 is and how well adults with IH tolerate it. Researchers also want to find out if TAK-360 can help people with IH stay awake and how much TAK-360 is needed to do that. Participants will be randomly (by chance, like drawing names from a hat) chosen to receive either TAK-360 or a placebo. The placebo looks just like TAK-360 but does not have any medicine in it. Using a placebo helps researchers learn about the real effect of the treatment. Read Less

The main aim of this study is to learn how effective TAK-861 is in improving excessive sleepiness during the day (called excessive daytime sleepiness or EDS) after 3 months of treatment. Other aims are to learn how effective TAK-861 is in lowering the number of sudden, unexpected attacks of muscle weakness while staying conscious (cataplexy) in a week; to learn the effect TAK-861 has on participants' ability to maintain attention, participant's overall quality of life, the spectrum of narcolepsy symptoms, and daily life functions; and to learn about the safety of TAK-861.
