This is a first-in-human (FIH), open label Phase 1/1b / Phase 2 study in patients with advanced metastatic solid tumors refractory to standard treatment. Phase 1 will identify potential optimal biologically relevant doses (OBRD) and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of MBRC-101 at one 1 or more dosing regimens. Phase 1b will evaluate the safety and preliminary clinical activity of MBRC-101 at potential OBRDs. Phase 1 and Phase 1b will both characterize single and multiple-dose PK profiles and evaluate incidence and persistence of anti-MBRC-101 Ab. The purpose of this post-marketing study is to further characterize the long-term outcome of known or potential risks of lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan also known as \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 or 177Lu-PSMA-617 and hereinafter referred to as AAA617. The study also seeks to further characterize (as possible) any other AAA617 causally related serious adverse event(s) in the long-term in adults with prostate cancer who received at least one dose of AAA617 from interventional, Phase I-IV Novartis sponsored clinical trials. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if it is possible to deliver a palliative care intervention called ALIGN (Assessing and Listening to Individual Goals and Needs) to hospitalized older adults with advanced cancer who are discharged to a skilled nursing facility and their caregivers. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Can the investigator successfully deliver the ALIGN intervention in different skilled community nursing facilities? * Can the investigator successfully collect information from participants throughout the study? * How can the investigator best prepare caregivers to make medical decisions for loved ones that become unable to do so themselves? Researchers will compare ALIGN to care as it is usually delivered. Participants will: * Visit virtually with an ALIGN palliative care social worker every 1-2 weeks during their skilled nursing facility stay and up to 45 days after discharge from the facility or will see a palliative care clinician if recommended by their oncologist or other involved clinician. * Participants will provide information about how they are doing 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after enrolling in the study. This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate whether the combination of Pembrolizumab and Axitinib given in the neoadjuvant setting can change the Inferior Vena Cava Tumor Thrombus burden. A decrease in the size of the tumor thrombus can potentially lead to decrease in surgical complications, improve patient related health outcomes, and improve long term outcomes such as progression free survival and overall survival. This phase III trial compares the effect of modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan (mFOLFIRINOX) to modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX) for the treatment of advanced, unresectable, or metastatic HER2 negative esophageal, gastroesophageal junction, and gastric adenocarcinoma. The usual approach for patients is treatment with FOLFOX chemotherapy. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Fluorouracil stops cells from making DNA and it may kill tumor cells. Leucovorin is used with fluorouracil to enhance the effects of the drug. Oxaliplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Some patients also receive an immunotherapy drug, nivolumab, in addition to FOLFOX chemotherapy. Immunotherapy may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Irinotecan blocks certain enzymes needed for cell division and DNA repair, and it may kill tumor cells. Adding irinotecan to the FOLFOX regimen could shrink the cancer and extend the life of patients with advanced gastroesophageal cancers. Read Less

This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. This study plans to learn more about contributors to high blood pressure in men who undergo androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) to treat prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in men, affecting approximately 1 in 8 American men and its primary treatment is through the use of ADT. However, ADT increases the likelihood of developing heart disease including high blood pressure. This study will determine if dysfunction of the nervous system and/or kidneys occurs in men undergoing ADT, as these systems play a significant role in control of blood pressure. The results from this study will help us understand the ways in which ADT contributes to heart disease and help us develop therapies to prevent heart disease in prostate cancer survivors. Read Less
