This phase 2/3 study aims to assess the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug (SEP-363856) as an additional treatment for adults with Major Depressive Disorder and who have not had success with antidepressants in treating their depression symptoms. This study may be suitable for you if you have been diagnosed with depression and your previous antidepressant treatments have not been effective. The Vibrance Studies are researching the safety and effectiveness of a once-daily oral investigational study drug and how it may work in adults 18–70 years of age for the potential treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) symptoms in adults with narcolepsy type 1 (NT1) or narcolepsy type 2 (NT2).
All participants who qualify will receive the study drug or placebo (a tablet that looks like the study drug but contains no active medicine), as well as study-related procedures and study-related laboratory tests at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may also be available.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Exercise Training in Adolescents At-Risk for Type 2 Diabetes

The investigators are doing this study to learn more about how to prevent type 2 diabetes in teenage girls. The purpose of this study is to find out if taking part in a cognitive-behavioral therapy group, exercise training group, or a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and exercise training groups, decreases stress, improves mood, increases physical activity and physical fitness, and decreases insulin resistance among teenagers at risk for diabetes.

This investigation will examine the feasibility of delivery and effect on resilience, depression and anxiety of a 90-day Heartfulness Practice delivered virtually for health care students. It is hypothesized that by providing this program on-line, students will be able to attend easily and complete the sessions.
